Claims (10)
- 電池ケースと、
第1電極を含み、前記電池ケース内に収容される電極群と、
前記第1電極に電気的に連結され、前記電池ケースの外側に露出する第1端子と、
前記第1端子を前記第1電極に電気的に連結する第1固定具と、
前記第1端子から前記第1固定具に電気的な経路を提供し、前記第1端子と前記第1固定具の各々に直接接触する腐蝕防止部材と、を具備し、
前記腐蝕防止部材は、前記第1端子が前記第1固定具に直接接触することを防止し、
前記第1端子は、第1イオン化傾向を有する金属からなる表面を有し、
前記第1固定具は、第2イオン化傾向を有する金属からなる表面を有し、
前記腐蝕防止部材は、前記第1イオン化傾向と前記第2イオン化傾向との間の第3イオン化傾向を有する金属からなる表面を有し、
前記第1端子は正極端子であり、
前記第1端子の表面をなす金属は銅であり、
前記第1固定具の表面をなす金属はアルミニウムであり、
前記第1電極はアルミニウムを含み、
前記第1固定具は前記第1電極と電気的に連結され、
前記腐蝕防止部材は、前記第1端子及び前記第1固定具と別途に構成され、
前記第1固定具はリベットであることを特徴とする、電池。 - 前記腐蝕防止部材の表面をなす金属は、ニッケル、ステンレス鋼、ニッケルメッキ銅、またはAl−Cu、Ni−Cu、もしくはAl−Niのクラッドメタルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極群は第2電極とセパレータをさらに含み、前記セパレータは前記第1電極と第2電極を絶縁することを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の電池
- 前記第2電極に電気的に連結され、前記電池ケースの外側に露出する第2端子を含み、
前記第2端子は負極端子であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池。 - 前記第2電極に電気的に連結され、前記電池ケースの外側に露出する第2端子と、
前記第2端子を前記第2電極に電気的に連結する第2固定具と、
を含み、
前記第2端子の表面をなす金属はアルミニウムであり、
前記第2固定具の表面をなす金属は銅であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の電池 - 前記第2電極は銅を含み、
前記第2固定具は前記第2電極と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池。 - 互いに電気的に連結する第1電池と第2電池を含み、
前記第1電池及び第2電池の各々は、
電池ケースと、
第1電極を含み、前記電池ケース内に収容される電極群と、
前記第1電極に電気的に連結され、前記電池ケースの外側に露出する第1端子と、
前記第1端子を前記第1電極に電気的に連結する第1固定具と、
前記第1端子から前記第1固定具に電気的な経路を提供し、前記第1端子と前記第1固定具の各々に直接接触する腐蝕防止部材と、を具備し、
前記腐蝕防止部材は、前記第1端子が前記第1固定具に直接接触することを防止し、
前記第1端子は、第1イオン化傾向を有する金属からなる表面を有し、
前記第1固定具は、第2イオン化傾向を有する金属からなる表面を有し、
前記腐蝕防止部材は、前記第1イオン化傾向と前記第2イオン化傾向との間の第3イオン化傾向を有する金属からなる表面を有し、
前記第1端子は正極端子であり、
前記第1端子の表面をなす金属は銅であり、
前記第1固定具の表面をなす金属はアルミニウムであり、
前記第1電極はアルミニウムを含み、
前記第1固定具は前記第1電極と電気的に連結され、
前記腐蝕防止部材は、前記第1端子及び前記第1固定具と別途に構成され、
前記第1固定具はリベットであることを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1電池と第2電池は互いに電気的に直列連結され、前記第1電池と第2電池の各々の第1端子は正極端子であり、
前記第1電池の正極端子は連結部材の溶接によって前記第2電池の負極端子と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1電池の正極端子、前記第2電池の負極端子及び前記連結部材の外側面は同一物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リベットは前記正極端子の外側面とは異なる金属からなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
