Description

図3は、本発明のオーバーブロッカー膜の上で、かつ本発明のアンダーブロッカー膜の下に沈着された単一の機能層を含む多層コーティングを示す。
図4は、本発明の境界層のオングストローム厚さの関数として、例5の多層コーティングの1平方(□)当たりの抵抗率オームを示す。
図5は、各機能層が本発明のアンダーブロッカー膜上に沈積された、2つの機能層を含む多層コーティングを例示する。
図6は、各機能層が本発明のアンダーブロッカー膜上に沈積された、4つの機能層を含む多層コーティングを例示する。
層22はSi3N4をベースにし、物理的厚さ20nmを有し、
層24はZnOをベースにし、物理的厚さ8nmを有し、
層62はZnOをベースにし、物理的厚さ8nmを有し、
層64はSi3N4をベースにし、物理的厚さ20nmを有し、そして
層40は銀をベースにし、物理的厚さ10nmを有する。
SnO2ベースの層22;
TiO2ベースの中間層23(図1には示していない);
ZnOベースの層24;
銀ベースの機能金属層40;
物理的厚さが2nmの、化学量論量の酸化チタンTiOxで作製された境界層52;
ZnOベースの層62;
Si3N4ベースの層64;及び
物理的厚さが3nmの、亜鉛混合酸化物をベースにした保護層。
図3は、単一の機能層40を含む多層コーティングに対応する本発明の1実施態様を示す。機能層40にアンダーブロッカー膜30とオーバーブロッカー膜50が設けてある。
銀ベースの層40、80は、銀ターゲットを使用して、0.8Paの圧力下で純粋なアルゴン雰囲気中で沈着される;
層24;62、66;102はZnOベースであり、亜鉛ターゲットを使用して反応性スパッタリングにより、0.3Paの圧力下でアルゴン/酸素雰囲気中で沈着される;及び
層22、64、及び104はSi3N4ベースであり、アルミニウムドープのケイ素ターゲットを使用して反応性スパッタリングにより、0.8Paの圧力下でアルゴン/窒素雰囲気中で沈着される。
銀ベースの層40、80、120、160は、銀ターゲットを使用して、0.8Paの圧力下で純粋なアルゴン雰囲気中で沈着される;
層24;62、66;102、106;142、146;182はZnOベースであり、亜鉛ターゲットを使用して反応性スパッタリングにより、0.3Paの圧力下でアルゴン/酸素雰囲気中で沈着される;及び
層22、64、104、144、及び184はSi3N4ベースであり、ホウ素ドープ又はアルミニウムドープのケイ素ターゲットを使用して反応性スパッタリングにより、0.8Paの圧力下でアルゴン/窒素雰囲気中で沈着される。
Claims (6)
- 互い違いの、赤外線及び/又は太陽光線で反射的性質を有するn個の機能層(40)と、(n+1)個の誘電体膜(20、60)(ここでn≧1)とを含む薄膜多層コーティングが取り付けられた基板(10)であって、
前記薄膜多層コーティングは、真空スパッタリングにより該基板(10)の上に沈積させられており、
該機能層は、銀又は銀を含む金属合金をベースにした金属機能層であり、かつ
該誘電体膜は、誘電体材料でできた少なくとも1つを含む1つの層もしくは複数の層(22、24、62、64)からなり、従って各機能層(40)は、少なくとも2つの誘電体膜(20、60)の間に置かれており、そして少なくとも1つの機能層(40)は、該機能層と直接接触した少なくとも1つの境界層(32、52)からなるブロッカー膜(30、50)を含み、かつTiOxで作製された前記境界層(32、52)は部分的に酸化され、ここで1.5≦x≦1.98である、基板(10)を製造するに当たって、
前記境界層(32、52)を、セラミックターゲットを使用して非酸化雰囲気中で沈着させることを特徴とする基板(10)の製造方法。 - 多層コーティングは、3つの膜(20、60、100)と互い違いの2つの機能層(40、80)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基板(10)の製造方法。
- 境界層(32、52)は、5nm未満の幾何学的厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の基板(10)の製造方法。
- 境界層(32、52)は、次の物質:V、Mn、Co、Cu、Zn、Zr、Hf、Al、Nb、Ni、Cr、Mo、Taの少なくとも1つ、又はこれらの物質の少なくとも1つをベースにした合金から選択される1つ又はそれ以上の他の化学元素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の基板(10)の製造方法。
- ブロッカー膜(30、50)は、1つ又はそれ以上の他の層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の基板(10)の製造方法。
- ブロッカー膜(30、50)は0.5〜5nmの幾何学的厚さを有し、さらには、少なくとも2つの層を含む場合、1〜10nmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の基板(10)の製造方法。
