Claims (4)
- 滅菌システムであって、
液体滅菌剤源と、
気化した滅菌剤を異なるように調整可能な速度でキャリアガス中に独立に注入する複数の蒸発器と、を備え、
それぞれの前記蒸発器は、同時に、可変に、かつ独立に前記蒸発器への滅菌剤の注入速度を制御する個別の液体滅菌剤制御器を含み、
前記滅菌システムはさらに、
それぞれの前記蒸発器から、滅菌されるエンクロージャの別々の領域へと前記滅菌剤の蒸気を移送する、少なくとも1つの供給ラインと、
相互接続された制御器のネットワークと、を備え、
前記制御器のネットワークは、複数の制御部を備え、
前記複数の制御部のそれぞれは、選択された濃度の滅菌剤の蒸気を前記領域のそれぞれへと提供するように、関連付けられた蒸発器が気化した滅菌剤を注入する速度を独立に調整するように前記関連付けられた蒸発器を制御し、
前記複数の制御部は互いに続けて接続されており、
前記複数の制御部のうちの1つである主制御部は、前記滅菌剤の蒸気の注入を全体として調整するように、前記ネットワークを介して前記複数の制御部を制御するように構成されており、
前記複数の制御部のうちの任意の1つが、前記複数の制御部のすべてに対する前記主制御部となることができ、
前記エンクロージャの前記別々の領域のそれぞれにおける状況を検知する複数の監視器をさらに備え、
前記相互接続された制御器の前記ネットワークは、複数の前記別々の領域において前記検知された複数の状況に応じて、前記蒸発器のそれぞれが前記キャリアガスへと気化した滅菌剤を注入する速度を制御する
ことを特徴とする滅菌システム。 - 前記検知される状況は、温度、圧力、相対湿度、気流速度、滅菌剤濃度、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滅菌システム。
- 前記滅菌剤は過酸化水素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の滅菌システム。
- 前記滅菌剤は気化過酸化水素及びアンモニアを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の滅菌システム。
