Claims (9)
- 容器内に挿入されたアルミニウム粉末及びアルミニウム片を、前記容器の外部に設けられたヒータを熱源として、窒素雰囲気下でアルミニウムの融点以上に加熱することにより、窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物を製造する第1熱処理工程を有し、
前記アルミニウム粉末は、表面がアルミン酸アンモニウムで被覆されている、窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、前記アルミニウム粉末の表面には酸化膜が形成されている窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、前記アルミニウム片に対する前記アルミニウム粉末の重量比率は、0.1以下である窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、
前記第1熱処理工程の後に、加熱された前記塊状混合物を型で成形する加工工程を備える窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、
前記加工工程は、半凝固鍛造又は半溶融鍛造である窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウム塊状の混合物の製造方法において、
前記加工工程は、前記塊状混合物を加熱して一部の成分を溶解させて流動性を持たせ、その後、射出成形又は加圧成形により成形する工程である窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。 - 請求項6に記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、
前記加工工程は鋳造又は溶湯鍛造である窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。 - 請求項4〜7のいずれか一つに記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、
前記加工工程の前において、前記塊状混合物はアルミニウムを70重量%以上95重量%以下含有する窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。 - 請求項4〜8のいずれか一つに記載の窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法において、
前記加工工程の後又は前に、前記塊状混合物を窒素雰囲気下で加熱することにより、前記塊状混合物の中でアルミニウムの窒化反応を生じさせる第2熱処理工程を備える窒化アルミニウムとアルミニウムの塊状混合物の製造方法。
