Claims (12)
- 手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
運動軸線(112)に沿って工具(111)を運動させるための直動駆動装置(110)と、該運動軸線(112)に対して垂直方向に位置する少なくとも1つのねじり軸と、前記ねじり軸のねじり軸線を中心として旋回可能に振動するように懸吊される、振動を補償するためのねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)と、を備え、
前記直動駆動装置(110)は、前記運動軸線(112)と前記手持ち式工具装置(1;101)の重心(S;118)とを通る平面に沿って工具(111)を運動させ、
前記重心(S;118)と前記運動軸線(112)とを通る前記平面が、前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)の振動面(126)に位置するか、または該振動面に対して平行に位置し、
前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)が、ねじり軸(121;221;321;421;521)、少なくとも1つのばね素子(122,222,232,242,252)および少なくとも1つの質量体(124;224;324;424;524)を有しており、該質量体が、前記ばね素子(122;222;232;242;252)を介してねじり軸(121;221;321;421;521)と機械的に結合され、前記ねじり軸(121;221;321;421;521)は、前記ばね素子と装置ハウジング(103)との結合部により規定されることを特徴とする手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)の前記振動面(126)が前記直動駆動装置(110)の前記運動軸線(112)に位置するように、前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)が配置されている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項2に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
前記振動面(126)が、前記手持ち式工具装置(1;101)の対称平面に位置しているか、または該対称平面に対して平行に位置している手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)のねじり軸線(121;221;321;421;521)が、前記手持ち式工具装置(1;101)の前記重心(S;118)を通って延びている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
ばね素子(222)が、ねじり軸(221)と質量体(224)とを結合する板ばねの形で形成されている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1乃至5までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
ばね素子が、ばね定数の異なる少なくとも2つの部分を有している手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項6に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
ばね定数の異なる第1部分および第2部分が相互に角度をなしている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)の慣性モーメントが、少なくとも1つの振動方向に調節可能である手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
前記工具(111)の前記直動駆動装置(110)が、所定の周期によって周期的に運動軸線(z;112)に沿って運動し、前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)の振動周期が、前記所定の周期に合わせて調整されている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
該手持ち式工具装置が、前記装置ハウジング(103)とグリップ(104)とを有しており、前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)が、前記装置ハウジング(103)に懸吊されている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項10に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
前記ねじり振動子(120;220;320;420;520)の振動軌道(125)が、少なくとも部分的に前記グリップ(104)内に延びている手持ち式工具装置。 - 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式工具装置(1;101)において、
直動駆動装置(110)が、打撃機構(114)を有している手持ち式工具装置。
