Claims (16)
- 装着穴を有する駆動プレートと、該駆動プレートと共に回転するようにその装着穴に取り付けられるシャフトとを備え、前記装着穴は、前記駆動プレートの周囲方向に均一に分布され且つ共通エリアで互いに相互接続された3つの区分を有するY字型であり、前記シャフトは、このシャフトが前記駆動プレート共に回転するべく固定されるように、前記Y字型装着穴の区分にぴったり受け入れられる3つの歯を伴うY字型歯付き部分を有し、前記駆動プレートは、該駆動プレートの周囲方向に均一に分布され且つ該駆動プレートの本体の第1の側に形成されて駆動部材と係合するように構成された3つの突起を有し、前記駆動部材は、前記駆動プレートを駆動することができ、各突起は、前記装着穴の隣接する2つの区分の間に延びている、力伝達構造体。
- 前記駆動プレートは、前記本体と、該本体の中心に形成されたカップリングとを備え、このカップリングは、本体の軸方向において本体より深く、前記装着穴は、前記カップリングに形成される、請求項1に記載の力伝達構造体。
- 前記カップリングは、隣接区分間に各々位置する緩衝穴を有する、請求項2に記載の力伝達構造体。
- 前記シャフトは、更に、被駆動部材を駆動するように構成されたピニオンを含む、請求項1、2又は3に記載の力伝達構造体。
- 前記駆動プレートは、更に、前記本体の反対の第2の側に形成され且つ前記本体の反対の第2の側を越えて延びる前記カップリングの軸端に接続された複数のリブを含む、請求項4に記載の力伝達構造体。
- 前記駆動プレートは、プラスチック材料で作られる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の力伝達構造体。
- モータと、
駆動プレート及びシャフトを含む力伝達構造体と、
前記モータを前記駆動プレートに接続して前記駆動プレートを駆動するギア装置と、
を備え、前記駆動プレートは、共通エリアで互いに相互接続された少なくとも3つの区分をもつ装着穴を有し、前記シャフトは、そのシャフトが前記駆動プレート共に回転するべく固定されるように、前記駆動プレートの前記装着穴の区分にぴったり受け入れられる少なくとも3つの歯を伴う歯付き部分を有し、
前記駆動プレートは、更に、該駆動プレートの本体の中心に形成されたカップリングを含み、前記カップリングには前記装着穴が形成され、前記カップリングは、該カップリングの遠方端が前記本体の側面を越えて延びるように前記本体より大きな軸方向深さを有し、複数のリブが前記本体の側面に形成され且つ前記カップリングの遠方端に接続されている、モータアッセンブリ。 - 前記ギア装置は、前記モータにより駆動されるウォームと、このウォームとかみ合うウォームギアと、このウォームギアに取り付けられてそれと共に回転できるダンパーとを備え、前記駆動プレートは、前記ウォームギアにより前記ダンパーを通して駆動される、請求項7に記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記ウォームギアは、内側リングと、外側リングと、内側リングから外側リングへと延びる複数のリブとを含み、前記ダンパーは、内側リングと外側リングとの間に形成されたスペースに受け入れられ、そして前記リブを各々ぴったり受け入れるための複数の第1スロットを有する、請求項8に記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記駆動プレートは、前記本体と、該本体の片側に形成された複数の突起とを含み、そして前記ダンパーは、前記駆動プレートの突起に係合する複数の第2スロットを有する、請求項8又は9に記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記突起はV字型であり、前記突起の巾は、前記本体の半径方向に最も内側の部分から最も外側の部分に向かって徐々に増加する、請求項10に記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記カップリングは、前記装着穴の隣接区分間に各々配置された緩衝穴を有する、請求項7から11のいずれかに記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記駆動プレートは、プラスチック材料で作られ、そして前記ダンパーは、ゴムで作られる、請求項8から12のいずれかに記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記装着穴及び前記シャフトの歯付き部分は、Y字型である、請求項7から13のいずれかに記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記シャフトは、更に、ウインドウリフトシステムのギアを駆動するためのピニオンを含む、請求項7から14のいずれかに記載のモータアッセンブリ。
- 前記シャフトは、前記歯付き部分の遠方端の溝内に配置されたサークリップにより前記装着穴内に捕獲保持される、請求項7から15のいずれかに記載のモータアッセンブリ。
