Abstract
Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るハイブリッド車両の制御装置(以下単に「制御装置」と称する)を含むハイブリッド車両駆動システムの一構成例を示すブロック図である。図1において、ハイブリッド車両駆動システムは、電力発生装置1、電力貯蔵装置2、負荷制御装置3および上位制御部5を備えて構成される。なお、電力発生装置1、電力貯蔵装置2および負荷制御装置3は、これらの各装置間を電気的に接続するため直流リンク部9に接続され、直流リンク部9を通じて電力の授受を行う。また、これら電力発生装置1、電力貯蔵装置2および負荷制御装置3にて、ハイブリッド装置4が構成される。
まず、発電電力特性MAP上の動作点は、例えば図10に示すように黒四角印で示すポイントにあるとすると、この動作点がエンジン1aの低燃料消費量ポイント(P1)に徐々に移動するように制御される。また、動作点が2N、3N上に存在する場合も、エンジン1aの低燃料消費量ポイント(P2、P3)に徐々に移動するように制御させる。なお、発電電力指令値Pc_refの印加にあたっては、ある一定の時間間隔ごとに徐々に印加してもよいし、一時遅れをもたせて印加してもよい。このような制御を行うことにより、エンジンストール(所謂エンスト)を引き起こすことなく発電動作を行いつつ、動作点をエンジン1aの低燃料消費量ポイント(P1〜P3)に一致させることが可能となる。
さらに、バッテリ不足量ΔSOCの値が高すぎて、最大ノッチ段の低燃料消費量ポイント(P3)以上の発電が必要な場合、動作点が白丸印で示すエンジン1aの最大出力ポイントとなるように、発電電力指令値Pc_refをさらに増加して印加する。
つぎに、実施の形態2に係る制御装置について説明する。図12は、エネルギー推定器5bの実施の形態2に係る標高MAP5b1の概念を示す図であり、距離D(横軸)に対して進行方向信号Revが「F」もしくは「R」の時を「ON」状態とし、この進行方向信号Revの立ち上がりおよび立ち下がりを併記している。実施の形態2では、実施の形態1の標高MAP5b1と比較して、標高MAPの設定内容が相違点である。
つぎに、実施の形態3に係る制御装置について説明する。図13は、実施の形態3に係る制御装置を含むハイブリッド車両駆動システムの一構成例を示す図である。実施の形態3では、実施の形態1の上位制御部5がハイブリッド装置4の内部に設置させている点が相違点である。
つぎに、実施の形態4に係る制御装置について図14〜図16を参照して説明する。図14は、実施の形態4に係るハイブリッド車両の制御装置を含むハイブリッド車両駆動システムの一構成例を示す図であり、図15は、実施の形態4に係る制御装置を車両に搭載した場合の一構成例を示す図であり、図16は、実施の形態4に係る制御装置の要部を成す上位制御部5の一構成例を示すブロック図である。実施の形態4では、実施の形態1の運行管理装置6が車両運行情報装置10の内部に設置される点と、車両運行情報装置10が上位制御部5へ無線信号で情報を伝達する点が相違点である。
つぎに、実施の形態5に係る制御装置について説明する。図17は、実施の形態5に係る制御装置を車両に搭載した場合の一構成例を示す図である。図17に示すように、運行管理装置6からの車両方向切替信号Sが上位制御部5に入力される構成である。実施の形態5は、実施の形態1と比較すると、運行管理装置6の内部構成が異なる点が相違点である。具体的には、実施の形態5では、運行管理装置6が運転台を具備していない場合、つまり、運転台がなく運転手が車両方向切替信号Sを出力しない構成を想定している。
つぎに、実施の形態6に係る制御装置について図18を用いて説明する。図18は、実施の形態6に係る制御装置の上位制御部5の詳細に示したブロック図である。図18では実施の形態1の上位制御部5(図5)内部のエネルギー推定器5bの構成が相違点である。具体的には、実施の形態6では、エネルギー推定器5bに異常判定器5b3と保護切替器5b4とが新たに設けられ、第2の速度センサ8が異常状態に陥った場合を想定している。
Claims (15)
- 電力貯蔵装置と、前記電力貯蔵装置に電気的に接続される電力発生装置と、前記電力貯蔵装置および前記電力発生装置からの電力を用いて車両を駆動する負荷装置と、を備えたハイブリッド車両駆動システムに適用され、前記電力発生装置を通じて前記電力貯蔵装置に対する充放電を制御する上位制御部を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記上位制御部には、車両の進行方向(前進(forward)/後進(reverse))を表す進行方向信号を生成する進行方向判定器が設けられ、
前記進行方向判定器は、車両の進行方向を切り替える際に生成される車両方向切替信号を用いて前記進行方向信号を生成し、
前記上位制御部は、走行経路上にある標高最高点あるいは標高最低点のうちの少なくとも何れかを含む2点以上の高さ情報が記された往復路で共通に用いられる高さデータベースを有し、目標地点に到達するつど出力される前記進行方向信号、走行距離情報および前記高さデータベースの情報に基づいて、前記電力貯蔵装置に対する充放電量を算出して前記電力発生装置を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記進行方向判定器は、運転台に設けられ運転手が操作する車両の前進/後進を指定する信号に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記進行方向判定器は、車両運行の上り下り情報を用いて前記進行方向信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記上り下り情報は、車両内に設置された運行管理装置からの信号情報により取得することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記上り下り情報は、車両外に設置された運行管理装置からの無線信号情報により取得することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記高さデータベースは、前記進行方向信号が入力されたときを基準地点に設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記高さデータベースは、走行路線の最終地点を目標地点に設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記上位制御部は、前記進行方向信号、前記走行距離情報および前記高さデータベースの情報に基づいて、目標地点における目標充放電量を設定するエネルギー推定器と、前記目標充放電量、前記電力貯蔵装置の充電状態に基づいて前記電力貯蔵装置の充放電量を決定する発電指令値生成器と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エネルギー推定器は、前記進行方向信号が入力されたときに前記目標充放電量を算出することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エネルギー推定器は、前記高さデータベースから取得した高さデータから位置エネルギーを算出し、前記位置エネルギーに基づいて前記目標充放電量を算出することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記発電指令値生成器は、前記目標充放電量と前記進行方向信号が入力されたときの前記電力貯蔵装置の充電状態とを用いて充放電差分情報を算出し、前記充放電量差分情報に基づいて前記エンジンへの出力指令および前記コンバータへの発電指令を決定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エネルギー推定部は、前記走行距離情報の異常状態を検知する異常判定器と、目標充放電量を、前記異常判定器からの判定結果に基づいて前記バッテリが過充放電に陥らない範囲で設定されたバッテリ保護用充放電量指令値に切替える保護切替器とを具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記上位制御部は、前記ハイブリッド車両を構成する車両内部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記電力発生装置は、エンジンに駆動される発電機と、前記発電機が出力する交流電力を直流電力に変換するコンバータと、
前記エンジンの動作を制御するエンジン制御部と、
前記コンバータの動作を制御する発電制御部と、
を備えて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記上位制御部は、前記ハイブリッド車両の外部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
