また、第2の発明に係る耐スポーリング性に優れた耐火物は、第1の発明において、前記耐熱性繊維が炭素繊維であり、前記高温で強度を維持できる成分がフェノール樹脂及び/またはコールタールピッチであることを特徴とするものである。
Claims (3)
- 耐火物の表面に、炭素繊維、SiC繊維、ガラス質繊維、セラミック質繊維のうちの1種以上から構成される耐熱性繊維の紡織品に、フェノール樹脂、コールタールピッチ、リン酸、リン酸塩、ケイ酸塩、シリカゾル、アルミナゾルのうちの1種以上を含浸したものが、接着または巻きつけられていることを特徴とする、耐スポーリング性に優れた耐火物。
- 前記紡織品は、炭素繊維から構成され、該炭素繊維にフェノール樹脂及び/またはコールタールピッチが含浸されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐スポーリング性に優れた耐火物。
- 炭素繊維、SiC繊維、ガラス質繊維、セラミック質繊維のうちの1種以上から構成される耐熱性繊維の紡織品に、フェノール樹脂、コールタールピッチ、リン酸、リン酸塩、ケイ酸塩、シリカゾル、アルミナゾルのうちの1種以上を含浸し、その後、前記紡織品を耐火物に複数回巻きつけ、該耐火物と前記紡織品とを接着するとともに、前記紡織品同士を接着することを特徴とする、耐スポーリング性に優れた耐火物の製造方法。
