(3)Bi0.5Na0.48Bi4Ti4O15に対し、LaをLa/(Na+Bi+La)=0.002
(4)Bi0.5Na0.48Bi4Ti4O15に対し、LaをLa/(Na+Bi+La)=0.04
(実施例2)
(1)0.967(Bi0.5Na0.48)Bi4Ti4O15−0.033CoOに対し、LaをLa/(Na+Bi+La)=0.01で含有し、且つ、(Bi0.5Na0.48)を25mol%Baにて置換。
(2)0.967(Bi0.5Na0.48)Bi4Ti4O15−0.033CoOに対し、LaをLa/(Na+Bi+La)=0.01で含有し、且つ、(Bi0.5Na0.48)を25mol%Srにて置換。
そして、これらの原料粉末を用いて、実施例1と同様の手順で圧電素子を得た。
Claims (4)
- Na、Bi、Co及びLn(ランタノイド)を含有するビスマス層状化合物を主成分とする圧電磁器組成物であって、原子比が0<Ln/(Na+Bi+Ln)≦0.04であり、第2族元素が実質的に無含有であることを特徴とする圧電磁器組成物。
- Na、Bi、Ti、Co及びLn(ランタノイド)を含有し、Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15型結晶相で示される化合物を主成分とする圧電磁器組成物であって、原子比が0<Ln/(Na+Bi+Ln)≦0.04であり、第2族元素が実質的に無含有であることを特徴とする圧電磁器組成物。
- Lnとして、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Ybの少なくともいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の圧電磁器組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧電磁器組成物に、異なる極性の複数の電極を設けたことを特徴とする圧電素子。
