Description
Claims (6)
- 車両の内燃機関(12)のための燃料システム(10)であって、前記燃料システム(10)は、プレフィードポンプ(26)と、高圧ポンプ(30)と、プレフィードポンプ(26)と高圧ポンプ(30)との間に油圧的に配置される調量素子(36)と、前記調量素子(36)の漏れを搬送するためのゼロ圧送管(38)とを有する、前記燃料システム(10)において、前記ゼロ圧送管(38)の下流の末端に、吸込手段であるベンチュリ管(40)が設けられ、
前記燃料システム(10)は、プレフィードポンプ(26)と高圧ポンプ(30)との間に存在する低圧領域における圧力を制御するための圧力制御弁(52)を有し、前記ベンチュリ管(40)は、前記圧力制御弁(26)の供給制御管(34)内に配置されることを特徴とする、燃料システム(10)。 - 前記ゼロ圧送管(38)は、絞り弁(72)を介して前記ベンチュリ管(40)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料システム(10)。
- 前記供給制御管(34)は、前記高圧ポンプ(30)の潤滑管及び/又は冷却管の一部であり、前記圧力制御弁(52)は、前記供給制御管(34)が戻し管(54)と連結される第1のクラッキング圧力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料システム(10)。
- 前記高圧ポンプ(30)は、軸受での漏れを返送するための少なくとも1つの返送管(54)を備え、前記返送管(54)内には、前記高圧ポンプ(30)に対して遮断する、ばね荷重逆止め弁(74)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム(10)。
- 前記プレフィードポンプ(26)と並行して、プレフィードポンプ入口の方向に開放された、ばね荷重逆止め弁又は圧力制限弁(80)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム(10)。
- 前記プレフィードポンプ(26)と並行して、高圧ポンプ入口の方向に開放された、ばね荷重逆止め弁又は圧力制限弁(78)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム(10)。
