Claims (8)
- インバータケースに収納され、交流電流を出力する複数のパワー半導体モジュールが設けられたインバータ装置と、
前記インバータケースに分離可能に固定されるコンバータケースに収納され、降圧回路および/または昇圧回路が設けられたDCDCコンバータ装置と、を備え、
前記インバータケースは、
パワー半導体モジュールが挿入される第1冷媒流路が形成され、前記コンバータケースと熱的に接触する第1流路形成体と、
前記第1冷媒流路と平行に設けられパワー半導体モジュールが挿入される第2冷媒流路が形成され、前記コンバータケースと熱的に接触する第2流路形成体と、を有し、
前記DCDCコンバータ装置は、電圧変換するためのインダクタ素子と、該インダクタ素子に流れる電流を制御するスイッチング素子が搭載されるスイッチング素子基板とを有し、
前記インダクタ素子および前記スイッチング素子基板は、前記コンバータケースの前記第1流路形成体および前記第2流路形成体と熱的に接触する領域に配置されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置において、
冷媒は前記第1冷媒流路から前記第2冷媒流路へと流れ、
前記インダクタ素子は前記第1流路形成体と熱的に接触する領域に配置され、
前記スイッチング素子基板は前記第2流路形成体と熱的に接触する領域に配置されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記インバータケースは、前記第1冷媒流路と前記第2冷媒流路とを連結する第3冷媒流路が形成されて前記コンバータケースと熱的に接触する第3流路形成体を有し、
前記DCDCコンバータ装置は降圧回路および昇圧回路を備え、
前記インダクタ素子は、前記コンバータケースの、前記第1流路形成体と熱的に接触する領域に配置され、
前記降圧回路のスイッチング素子が搭載されている基板は、前記コンバータケースの、前記第2流路形成体および前記第3流路形成体のいずれか一方と熱的に接触する領域に配置され、
前記昇圧回路のスイッチング素子が搭載されている基板は、前記コンバータケースの、前記第2流路形成体および前記第3流路形成体の他方と熱的に接触する領域に配置されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記第1流路形成体、第2流路形成体および第3流路形成体のそれぞれは、対向する前記インバータケース方向に突出する凸部を有し、
前記コンバータケースの前記インバータケースと対向する面は、少なくとも前記凸部と対向する領域が凹部を形成し、
前記凸部は、前記凹部に入り込むように熱的に接触していることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記凸部と前記凹部との隙間に熱伝導性グリースまたは放熱シートを配置したことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項5に記載の電力変換装置において、
熱的に接触している前記凸部および前記凹部の側面は、それぞれ傾斜角が90度よりも小さな傾斜面で構成されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記凸部の側面の傾斜角は、前記凹部の側面の傾斜角よりも大きいことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記コンバータケースに形成され、前記インダクタ素子およびスイッチング素子基板の上方に金属板を支持する複数の支持部材と、
前記金属板上に載置され、前記DCDCコンバータ装置のスイッチング素子の駆動を制御する制御回路基板と、を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。
