Claims (7)
- 直流電源から供給される直流電流を平滑化するコンデンサ回路部と、
冷却冷媒を流す流路を形成する流路形成体と、
前記コンデンサ回路部から出力される直流電流を交流電流に変換し、当該交流電流を車両駆動用モータに供給するパワー半導体素子を有するパワー半導体モジュールと、
前記コンデンサ回路部と前記流路形成体と前記パワー半導体モジュールを収納するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの一面に設けられた直流端子と、
前記コンデンサ回路部及び前記直流端子に対して電気的に直列または並列に接続される電気回路素子と、を備え、
前記流路形成体は、第1流路と第2流路を形成し、
前記第1流路及び前記第2流路は、前記コンデンサ回路部を挟んで互いに平行に配置され、
前記パワー半導体モジュールは、第1相の交流電流を出力する第1パワー半導体モジュールと、第2相の交流電流を出力する第2パワー半導体モジュールと、第3相の交流電流を出力する第3パワー半導体モジュールと、を有し、
前記第1パワー半導体モジュール及び前記第2パワー半導体モジュールは、前記第1流路を流れる冷却冷媒の流れ方向に沿って当該第1流路に並べて固定され、
前記第3パワー半導体モジュールは、前記コンデンサ回路部を介して前記第1パワー半導体モジュールと向かい合うように前記第2流路に固定され、
前記電気回路素子は、前記コンデンサ回路部を介して前記第2パワー半導体モジュールと向かい合う位置に配置される車両用電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載された車両用電力変換装置であって、
前記電気回路素子は、一方の電極が前記直流端子と電気的に接続されるとともに他方の電極が車体のグランドに電気的に接続されたノイズ除去用コンデンサ素子である車両用電力変換装置。 - 請求項2に記載された車両用電力変換装置であって、
前記直流端子は、前記第1パワー半導体モジュール,前記第2パワー半導体モジュール及び前記第3パワー半導体モジュールよりも前記ノイズ除去用コンデンサ素子に近い位置に配置される車両用電力変換装置。 - 請求項2に記載された車両用電力変換装置であって、
前記コンデンサ回路部及び前記ノイズ除去用コンデンサ素子を収納するコンデンサケースと、
前記コンデンサケースに前記コンデンサ回路部及び前記ノイズ除去用コンデンサ素子を封止する樹脂封止材と、を備え、
前記コンデンサ回路部及び前記ノイズ除去用コンデンサ素子はフィルムコンデンサである車両用電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載された車両用電力変換装置であって、
前記コンデンサ回路部と電気的に接続された放電用抵抗器を備え、
前記放電用抵抗器は、前記第2流路を介して前記コンデンサ回路部とは反対側に配置される車両用電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載された車両用電力変換装置であって、
前記コンデンサ回路部は、配線を介して前記直流端子と接続される第1直流端子を有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1直流端子と対向する部分に開口部が形成され、
前記ハウジングの前記開口部は、カバーに塞がれている車両用電力変換装置。 - 請求項1乃至6に記載されたいずれかの車両用電力変換装置であって、
前記パワー半導体モジュールに前記直流電流を供給する直流バスバーと、
前記交流電流を前記駆動用モータに供給するための交流バスバーと、
前記直流端子が設けられた前記ハウジングの一面に設けられる交流端子と、備え、
前記直流端子から前記ハウジング内部に向かう前記直流バスバーの形成方向は、前記交流端子から前記ケース内部に向かう前記交流バスバーの形成方向に沿うように形成される電力変換装置。
