Claims (6)
- 並列する複数の薄型二次電池を保持する電池収納体に結合可能な第1ガイド部と、
前記第1ガイド部と連結されて弾性的に並列する複数のチャック部とを備え、
前記各チャック部は、前記電池収納体の対応する所定数の薄型二次電池と弾性的に位置合わせする第2ガイド部を有することを特徴とする薄型二次電池用充放電試験装置のチャック機構。 - 前記第2ガイド部は、前記各チャック部に対応して電池収納体側に形成された位置決め部を挟持する2本一対の位置決めピンからなり、各対の位置決めピンは、並列する複数のチャック部の両端側から中央のチャック部へと順次短寸とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄型二次電池用充放電試験装置のチャック機構。
- 前記チャック部は、支持基台に装着した駆動手段の駆動で支持基台の前後方向へ移動可能で、前面に縦方向に複数対のローラを並列した複数の分割ローラ保持部材を、支持基台の左右方向に配したシャフトを介して移動可能に並列したローラ保持部材と、
前記各分割ローラ保持部材と、夫々、一つのユニットとした複数の分割チャック保持部材を、支持基台の左右方向に配したシャフトを介して弾性的に移動可能に並列したチャック保持部材とからなり、
前記分割チャック保持部材は、前記各対のローラ間を挿通して先端側が前方へ平面視略V字状に拡開し、後端側に充放電試験装置の電線が接続された2枚1組の短冊状の金属板からなる複数のチャック部材が取り付くと共に、各分割チャック保持部材に、前記第2ガイド部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の薄型二次電池用充放電試験装置のチャック機構。 - 2枚1組の前記チャック部材の先端に、挟持面に多数の突起が突設された酸化皮膜剥離挟持部材が装着されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薄型二次電池用充放電試験装置のチャック機構。
- 前記酸化皮膜剥離挟持部材は、チャック部材の先端側から前記挟持面へと内方に傾斜したガイド部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薄型二次電池用充放電試験装置のチャック機構。
- 前記チャック部材の先端にスリットが前後方向に形成され、当該スリットで区画されたチャック部材の各先端に、前記酸化皮膜剥離挟持部材が装着されていることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の薄型二次電池用充放電試験装置のチャック機構。
