Claims (8)
- ラックに搭載される筐体内の底部にスライド機構を装着し、
二次電池のチャック機構を備えたコンタクトユニットが取り付くコンタクトステージを、前記スライド機構を介して筐体の内外へ搬送可能とすると共に、
前記チャック機構に電極端子を対向させて多数の二次電池を並列収容したマガジンを、前記スライド機構を介して筐体の内外へ搬送可能としたことを特徴とする二次電池の充放電装置。 - 前記筐体内に、コンタクトステージをロックするロック機構を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。
- 前記コンタクトステージに、前記マガジンを搬送するクレーンのアームが係止可能な引掛け部を設け、当該引掛け部を介してコンタクトユニットをクレーンで筐体の内外へ搬送可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。
- 前記コンタクトステージに設けられ、前記マガジンを搬送するクレーンのアームが係止可能な引掛け部と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記マガジンをロックすると共に、前記ロック機構解除後のコンタクトステージのスライド機構に沿ったスライドを規制するストッパ機構と、
を設け、
前記コンタクトユニットは、前記引掛け部を介してクレーンで筐体の内外へ搬送可能であり、
前記ストッパ機構は、前記引掛け部方向へ移動するクレーンのアームでコンタクトステージに対するスライド規制が解除されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。 - 前記筐体内へのコンタクトユニットの取付けを検出するインターロック機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。
- 前記筐体内に、前記ロック機構の解除で、スライド機構を介してコンタクトステージをスライドさせる駆動手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。
- 前記コンタクトユニットの背面側に、当該コンタクトユニットの電源ライン、信号ライン、エアラインのコネクタ群を装着すると共に、当該各コネクタ群に対応して筐体の背面側にコネクタ群を装着したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。
- 前記コンタクトユニットのチャック機構のチャック部の曲がりと変色を画像検出するカメラを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の充放電装置。
