Claims (13)
- 車両に搭載して配置されるように、かつ1つまたは複数のバッテリが内部に配置されたバッテリボックスに係合するように構成された把持組立体と、
前記把持組立体を前記車両から離れる方向に前記バッテリボックス側に移動させるように構成されるとともに、前記バッテリボックスの固定組立体に係合するように前記把持組立体を移動させるように構成された作動組立体であって、前記作動組立体は、前記把持組立体が前記バッテリボックスを前記車両まで持ち上げるために前記バッテリボックスの前記固定組立体に係合する一方で、前記把持組立体を前記車両側に後退させるように構成される、前記作動組立体と、
前記把持組立体が、前記把持組立体の本体から突出する1つまたは複数のフィンガであって、前記バッテリボックスに係合するように前記バッテリボックスの1つまたは複数のピンに係合するように形作られた前記1つまたは複数のフィンガと、
前記把持組立体が、前記バッテリボックスの持ち上げ時に、前記バッテリボックスの前記ピンの下方に配置された突出舌を受け入れるように形作られかつ位置決めされた受入間隙を含む、
を備える、システム。 - 前記把持組立体が搭載して配置されるように構成される車両が積載‐運搬‐ダンプ(LHD)採掘車両であり、かつ前記作動組立体が、前記バッテリボックスの前記1つまたは複数のバッテリを使用して前記LHD採掘車両に動力を供給するために、前記バッテリボックスを表面から前記LHD採掘車両まで持ち上げるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のフィンガが、上方に湾曲しており、かつ前記バッテリボックスの持ち上げ時に前記バッテリボックスの前記1つまたは複数のピを受け入れるように形作られた1つまたは複数の隅部を含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動組立体は、長さが変化するように構成された伸縮装置であって、前記把持組立体を前記バッテリボックスまで延ばすために長さが増加するように構成されるとともに、前記把持組立体が前記バッテリボックスに係合しかつ前記バッテリボックスを前記車両まで持ち上げるようにするために長さが減少するように構成された前記伸縮装置を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記把持組立体が、前記バッテリボックス側への前記把持組立体の下降または前記車両側への前記把持組立体および前記バッテリボックスの持ち上げの1つもしくは複数の間に前記把持組立体を前記車両および前記バッテリボックスに対して傾動させるように構成された1つまたは複数のピボットカップリングにおいて前記作動組立体に結合される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 車両に搭載して配置されるようにかつ長さを変化させるように構成された1つまたは複数の伸縮装置と、
前記車両に搭載して配置されるように、かつ前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置に結合されるように構成されるとともに、前記車両の外に配置されたバッテリボックスに係合するように構成された1つまたは複数の突出部を含む把持組立体と、
を備え、
前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置が、前記把持組立体を前記車両から離れる方向に延ばすためにかつ前記バッテリボックスの少なくとも一部よりも下方に前記把持組立体を下降させるために長さが増加するように構成され、前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置はまた、前記把持組立体の前記1つまたは複数の突出部が前記バッテリボックスに係合し、前記バッテリボックスを持ち上げ、かつ前記バッテリボックスを前記車両に搭載するように移動させるようにするために、長さが減少するように構成され、
前記把持組立体が、前記車両への前記バッテリボックスの持ち上げ時に、前記突出部と前記バッテリボックスの係合位置よりも下方に配置された前記バッテリボックスの突出舌を受け入れるように構成された受入間隙を含む、
システム。 - 前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置が油圧シリンダを含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記把持組立体の前記1つまたは複数の突出部が、1つまたは複数の上方に湾曲したフィンガを含む、請求項6または7に記載のシステム。
- 前記把持組立体が、1つまたは複数のピボットカップリングにより前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置に結合されるように構成され、前記把持組立体が、前記把持組立体を前記バッテリボックス側に下方に傾動させるために、前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置の伸長時に前記1つまたは複数のピボットカップリングを中心に枢動するように構成される、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記把持組立体が、1つまたは複数のピボットカップリングにより前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置に結合されるように構成され、前記把持組立体が、前記把持組立体を前記車両側に上方に傾動させるために、前記1つまたは複数の伸縮装置の短縮時に前記1つまたは複数のピボットカップリングを中心に枢動するように構成される、請求項6から9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 互いに接続された少なくとも第1および第2のサブフレーム組立体を備える車両フレームと、
前記第1のサブフレーム組立体に結合された運搬組立体であって、物質を拾い上げて移送するように構成された前記運搬組立体と、
前記第2のサブフレーム組立体に結合されるとともに、前記車両フレームから延びて、前記車両フレームの外に配置された1つまたは複数のバッテリを備えるバッテリボックスまで下降するように構成されたバッテリ交換システムであって、前記バッテリボックスを把持して前記バッテリボックスを前記車両フレームまで持ち上げるように構成された前記バッテリ交換システムと、
を備え、
前記バッテリ交換システムが、
前記車両フレーム上への前記バッテリボックスの持ち上げ時に前記バッテリボックスに係合するように構成された1つまたは複数の突出部と、
前記車両フレームへの前記バッテリボックスの持ち上げ時に、前記突出部と前記バッテリボックスの係合位置よりも下方に配置された前記バッテリボックスの突出舌を受け入れるように構成された受入間隙と、
を有する把持組立体を備える、
車両。 - 前記車両フレームが、ヒンジ組立体により互いに結合された前記少なくとも第1および第2のサブフレーム組立体を有する関節式フレームである、請求項11に記載の車両。
- 前記把持組立体の前記1つまたは複数の突出部が、前記バッテリボックスの外側に配置された1つまたは複数の位置において前記バッテリボックスに係合するように構成された1つまたは複数の上方に湾曲したフィンガを含む、請求項11または12に記載の車両。
