Claims (2)
- 正極板と負極板をセパレータを介して積層してなる発電要素がフィルムからなる外装体の内部に電解液とともに収容された偏平なフィルム外装電池の加圧装置であって、
ハウジングに固定され、このハウジング内に配置された複数の可動プレートを貫通するガイドロッドを有し、
隣り合う上記可動プレートの間に上記フィルム外装電池を配置した上で、上記可動プレートを上記ガイドロッドの長手方向に沿って互いに接近する方向に押圧することによって、隣り合う一対の可動プレートの間に挟まれているフィルム外装電池を加圧するフィルム外装電池の加圧装置において、
上記可動プレートには、上記ガイドロッドが貫通するガイド孔が形成され、
このガイド孔は、径方向寸法が板厚方向で一定の直線部と、上記可動プレートの中央部から離間するにしたがって径方向寸法が板厚方向で徐々に拡大するテーパ部と、を有し、
上記テーパ部は、上記直線部の板厚方向の両側に設けられているとともに、上記可動プレートによる上記フィルム外装電池の加圧に伴って上記ガイドロッドに直交する平面に対して上記可動プレートが傾いた際に、上記ガイドロッドが上記テーパ部における上記可動プレートの厚さ方向外側の開口縁部に局所的に接触しないように形成されていることを特徴とするフィルム外装電池の加圧装置。 - 上記フィルム外装電池は、周囲の四辺のうちの一辺より2つの電極端子が導出されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電池の加圧装置。
