Claims (19)
- 樹脂層と金属層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケースに電極組立体が装着されており、前記電池ケースには、電極組立体が装着される収納部の外周面に電池ケースの密封のための熱融着シーリング部(外周面シーリング部)が形成されている電池セルであって、
電極端子は、上端シーリング部、または下端シーリング部、または上端及び下端シーリング部に位置しており、
前記上端又は下端シーリング部に隣接する両側面シーリング部のうちの少なくとも1つには、互いに平行に離隔している2つ以上のシーリングラインが形成されており、
前記シーリングラインは、電池ケースの長手方向の全長に沿って連続的に形成され、
前記シーリングラインが形成されている外周面シーリング部は、シーリングラインの間で30°〜180°の範囲で折り曲げられており、
前記シーリングラインの間は、シーリングラインと比較して熱融着強度の低い低融着部であり、前記低融着部の熱融着強度は、シーリングラインに対して5%〜90%の強度であることを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記電池セルは、長方形の板状型構造からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは、電極組立体が収納される収納部が形成されている第1ケース、及び前記収納部を覆う構造であって、外周面が第1ケースの外周面と熱融着されて密封される第2ケースで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1ケース及び第2ケースは、それぞれ独立した部材であるか、または一側端部が結合されている1単位の部材であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインは、平面視で隣接する収納部の外周面と平行な直線形状からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインの幅は互いに等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインの幅は、相対的に内側シーリングラインの幅が外側シーリングラインの幅よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインの幅は、相対的に外側シーリングラインの幅が内側シーリングラインの幅よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインのそれぞれの幅は、シーリングラインが形成されている外周面シーリング部の幅を基準として10%〜45%の大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインの離隔距離は、シーリングラインの平均幅の大きさに対して10%〜100%の大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインの熱融着温度は、低融着部の熱融着温度よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記シーリングラインは、収納部に隣接する順に第1シーリングライン、第2シーリングライン及び第3シーリングラインを含んでおり、前記第1シーリングラインと第2シーリングラインとの間の第1折曲部、及び前記第2シーリングラインと第3シーリングラインとの間の第2折曲部を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2折曲部は、第3シーリングラインが第2シーリングラインと対面するように折り曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2折曲部が折り曲げられた状態で、第1折曲部は、第2シーリングラインに対する第3シーリングラインの対向面が収納部に対面するように折り曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の電池セルを含んでいる、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、タブレットコンピュータ、ノートパソコン、パワーツール、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵装置であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルの外周面をシールする装置であって、
電池ケースの外周面シーリング予定部の上面を下向きに加圧しながら高温を印加する上部シーリングツール(sealing tool)と、
電池ケースの外周面シーリング予定部の下面を支持する下部シーリングツール(sealing tool)と、
を含んでおり、
前記上部シーリングツール及び下部シーリングツールのうちの少なくとも1つには、外周面シーリング部にシーリングラインを形成する2つ以上の線状突起が形成されていることを特徴とする、電池セルシーリング装置。 - 前記線状突起は、垂直断面視で外周面シーリング予定部に接する端部が平面又は曲面であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電池セルシーリング装置。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルの外周面をシールする装置であって、
電池ケースの外周面シーリング予定部の上面を下向きに加圧しながら高温を印加する上部シーリングツール(sealing tool)と、
電池ケースの外周面シーリング予定部の下面を支持する下部シーリングツール(sealing tool)と、
を含んでおり、
前記上部シーリングツール及び下部シーリングツールのうちの少なくとも1つには、外周面シーリング部にシーリングラインを形成する2つ以上の線状熱線が内蔵されていることを特徴とする、電池セルシーリング装置。
