Description
(項目1)
少なくとも一つの負極、少なくとも一つの正極及び少なくとも一つの分離フィルムを含む電極組立体であって、
上記少なくとも一つの分離フィルムは、互いに分離されており、上記負極及び上記正極の形状に対応する形状に切断された切断部を含み、
上記切断部は上記正極と負極との間に介在される領域に位置する分離フィルムに比べて小さい気孔率(porosity)を有する、電極組立体。
(項目2)
上記切断部は、上記正極と負極との間に介在される領域に位置する分離フィルムの気孔率に対して20%〜50%減少した気孔率を有する、項目1に記載の電極組立体。
(項目3)
上記負極及び上記正極は、少なくとも一つ以上のコーナー部が曲線形である、項目1または項目2に記載の電極組立体。
(項目4)
項目1から項目3の何れか1つに記載の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵される、電池セル。
(項目5)
上記電池ケースは、電極組立体の形状に対応する形状からなる、項目4に記載の電池セル。
(項目6)
上記電池セルは、リチウムイオン二次電池又はリチウムイオンポリマー二次電池である、項目4または項目5に記載の電池セル。
(項目7)
項目4から項目6の何れか1つに記載の電池セルを一つ以上含む、デバイス。
(項目8)
上記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用のコンピューター、スマートホン、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車又は電力貯蔵装置である、項目7に記載のデバイス。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つの負極、少なくとも一つの正極及び複数個の分離フィルムを含む電極積層体を設ける段階と、
前記負極及び前記正極の形状に対応しない領域に位置する余分の分離フィルムを接合して分離フィルム接合体を生成する段階と、
前記負極及び前記正極の形状に対応するように前記接合により生じた接合線の内側で前記分離フィルム接合体を切断する段階と、
を含む、電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記電極積層体は、
少なくとも一つの負極、少なくとも一つの正極及び前記負極と前記正極との間に介在される前記分離フィルムとしての複数の第1分離フィルムからなり、
前記複数の第1分離フィルムが前記負極及び前記正極と相違した形状を有する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記電極積層体は、
少なくとも一つの負極、少なくとも一つの正極及び前記負極と前記正極との間に介在される前記分離フィルムとしての少なくとも一つの第1分離フィルムからなる複数のユニットセルと、
前記複数のユニットセル間の界面に介在される前記分離フィルムとしての少なくとも一つの第2分離フィルムと、
を含み、
前記第1分離フィルム及び前記第2分離フィルムのうち少なくとも一つが前記負極及び前記正極と相違した形状を有する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記電極積層体は、
少なくとも一つの負極、少なくとも一つの正極及び前記負極と前記正極との間に介在される前記分離フィルムとしての少なくとも一つの第1分離フィルムからなる複数のユニットセルと、
前記複数のユニットセルを覆う前記分離フィルムとしてのシート型の第3分離フィルムと、
を含み、
前記第1分離フィルム及び前記第3分離フィルムのうち少なくとも一つが前記負極及び前記正極と相違した形状を有する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記電極積層体は、
少なくとも一つの負極と、
少なくとも一つの正極と、
前記負極及び前記正極を覆う前記分離フィルムとしてのシート型の第4分離フィルムと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記分離フィルム接合体を生成する段階は、前記分離フィルムを融着させて行われる、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記分離フィルム接合体を生成する段階は、前記分離フィルムのガラス転移温度をTgとしたとき、(Tg−20)℃〜(Tg+20)℃で行われる、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記分離フィルム接合体を切断する段階は、ナイフ、金型、はさみ又はレーザーを用いて行われる、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により製造された電極組立体を電池ケースで包装する段階を含む、電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記電池ケースを電極組立体の形状に対応する形状に加工する段階をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
