Description
変形例1では、一例として図23(A)に示されるように、ケーブル40の−X側の端部において、3本の絶縁電線とともにシールド材Fも露出させ、該シールド材Fを折り返して絶縁体Eに覆いかぶせる。また、図23(B)に示されるように、グラウンド線A3を分岐し、該分岐線を折り返す。
変形例2では、一例として図28(A)に示されるように、ケーブル40の−X側の端部において、グラウンド線A3とドレン線とを繋ぎ、導線でドレン線とL形状の金属板53とを繋ぐ。
変形例3では、一例として図30(A)及び図30(B)に示されるように、ケーブル40の−X側の端部において、3本の絶縁電線とドレン線が通過する開口部を有するキャップ状の金属部材54を用いている。
変形例4では、ケーブル40の−X側の端部は、上記変形例1とほぼ同様であり、カメラ筐体は金属製であって、一例として図33に示されるように、ケーブル40を車載カメラ20に取り付ける際に、ケーブル40の−X側の端部をカメラ筐体内に挿入するだけで、金属部材51の短冊部52がリアケース22Bと接触するようになっている。すなわち、リアケース22Bとシールド材Fとグラウンド線A3とフィルタを介した回路基板のグラウンド端子とを、簡単に電気的に接続させることができる。なお、カメラ筐体の外側表面は塗装が施されるとしても、短冊部52が接触する部分は、塗装処理は無しでメッキ処理がなされると良い。
変形例5では、一例として図34に示されるように、ケーブル40の−X側の端部において、グラウンド線A3及びドレン線がそれぞれ導線で繋がれているばね部材55を用いている。
Claims (10)
- イメージセンサと;
前記イメージセンサからの信号を処理する処理回路を含む回路が形成されている回路基板と;
信号用の導体と、前記回路の少なくとも一部を介して前記回路基板のグラウンド端子に接続されるアース用の導体とを含み、一側の端部が前記回路基板に接続されるケーブルと;
前記回路基板を覆い、板ばねを有するシールド部材と;を備え、
前記アース用の導体は、前記回路を介することなく導通できるように金属部材を介して前記シールド部材に接続されており、
前記金属部材は、前記アース用の導体と接続された状態で前記ケーブルの一側の端部近傍に固定され、前記イメージセンサ、前記回路基板及び前記シールド部材を収容する筐体に前記ケーブルが挿入されたときに前記板ばねに接触するカメラユニット。 - 前記ケーブルは、グラウンド用の導体を更に含み、
前記アース用の導体及び前記グラウンド用の導体は、前記ケーブルの一側の端部近傍において、前記シールド部材に接続され、
前記グラウンド用の導体は、前記回路に含まれるフィルタ回路を介して前記グラウンド端子に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラユニット。 - 前記グラウンド用の導体は、前記ケーブルの一側の端部近傍において、前記アース用の導体に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカメラユニット。
- 前記金属部材は、前記ケーブルの一側の端部を覆うキャップ状の外形を有し、その底面に、前記信号用の導体及び前記アース用の導体が通過する開口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカメラユニット。
- 前記イメージセンサは、レンズ一体型のイメージセンサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカメラユニット。
- 前記イメージセンサは、CMOSイメージセンサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカメラユニット。
- 前記イメージセンサは、CCDイメージセンサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカメラユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカメラユニットと;
前記少なくとも1つのカメラユニットからの情報を表示する表示装置と;を備えるセンシング装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのカメラユニットからの情報を保存するメモリを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセンシング装置。
- 車両に搭載され、
前記少なくとも1つのカメラユニットからの情報に基づいて危険があると判断すると、アラーム情報を出力する監視制御装置を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のセンシング装置。
