Description
Claims (17)
- 流体作動機械の高圧マニホルドから作動室への流体の供給を調整するバルブアセンブリであって、一次バルブ、二次バルブ、電磁石、および電機子を含み、前記一次バルブが座面一次バルブ部材および一次バルブシートを含んでいて、前記二次バルブが密封位置と開放位置の間を移動可能な二次バルブ部材を含み、前記一次バルブ部材両端の圧力差を減らすべく前記一次バルブ部材の対向面の間を流体が流れるように前記二次バルブを通る経路が設けられており、前記電機子が前記二次バルブ部材に結合されていて前記第一の位置と前記第二の位置の間を延びる経路に沿ってスライド可能であり、前記第二の位置が前記第一の位置よりも前記電磁石に近く、前記第一の位置において、前記一次バルブ部材が前記一次バルブシートの方の方へ付勢されると共に前記二次バルブが前記密封位置の方へ付勢されていて、前記第二の位置において、前記一次バルブ部材が前記一次バルブシートから離れる方へ付勢されると共に前記二次バルブが前記開放位置の方へ付勢されているバルブアセンブリにおいて、前記電機子と前記二次バルブ部材の間の結合が、前記二次バルブ部材の対応する移動を伴わずに前記電機子が前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置へ移動することを可能にするが、前記電機子が前記経路に沿って前記第一の位置と前記第二の位置の間の位置にある場合、前記電機子と前記二次バルブ部材の間の結合を通る力を作用させて前記二次バルブ部材を移動させることにより前記二次バルブを開くように構成されていることを特徴とするバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記電機子と前記二次バルブ部材の間の結合が、前記電機子が前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置へ前記経路に沿って移動するにつれて弾性エネルギーを保存すべく動作可能である二次弾性部材を含む、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記二次弾性部材を含む少なくとも1個の弾性部材が共に前記電機子に対して付勢力を作用させて前記電機子を前記第一の位置の方へ付勢し、前記電機子が第一の位置から第二の位置へ移動するにつれて前記付勢力が増大し、距離に伴う前記付勢力の増大が、少なくとも前記電機子が前記第一の位置と前記二次バルブ部材が移動し始める位置の間にある場合、前記電磁石と電機子との距離の短縮に起因して使用中の前記電機子に対して前記電磁石により作用させることができる力の増大よりも小さい、請求項2に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記結合が、前記電機子と前記二次バルブ部材の密封部分との最大距離を制限することにより、前記電機子の移動を前記第一の位置と前記第二の位置の間の経路の一部に沿った前記二次バルブの移動に結合すべく係合可能である距離制限機構を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記電機子が、前記バルブが開く間に前記電機子が前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置へ移動するにつれて、最初に前記二次バルブと、次いで前記一次バルブ部材に係合して、前記一次バルブ部材が移動し始める前に前記二次バルブを引いて開き、次いで前記一次バルブ部材を前記一次バルブシートから外すべく動作可能である、請求項4に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記バルブアセンブリが、使用中の作動室の方に位置する電機子の第一の側の前記二次バルブ部材に固定的に結合されていて、前記電機子の対向する第二の側の弾性部材により前記電機子に結合された前記電機子内の開口部を貫通して延びる実質的に剛性の軸を含んでいて、前記電機子が第一の位置からの経路に沿って移動するにつれて前記電機子が使用中の実質的に剛性の軸の周辺へ延びて前記軸に沿ってスライドし、前記実質的に剛性の軸が更に、前記第一の位置と前記第二の位置の間の前記位置で前記電機子と係合する前記電機子の前記第二の側の構造を含んでいて、前記電機子が前記第一の位置と第二の位置の間の前記位置で前記二次バルブを引きずって開くようにする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記一次バルブ部材を前記一次バルブシートと密封接触するように付勢する一次弾性部材を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記一次弾性部材が前記電機子を前記第一の位置の方へ付勢し、前記電機子が前記第一の位置において前記一次バルブ部材と係合して、前記第一の位置において、前記一次弾性部材が前記一次バルブ部材を前記一次バルブシートと密封接触するように付勢する、請求項7に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記二次バルブ部材に固定された第一端部、および前記一次バルブ部材に固定された第二端部を有する第三の弾性部材を更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記一次バルブ部材が前記一次バルブシートと密封接触し、前記二次バルブが閉じた場合に、前記第三の弾性部材が前記二次バルブを密封位置に付勢する、請求項9に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記二次バルブ部材が前記開放位置にある場合に、前記一次バルブ部材が移動し始める前に、前記第三の弾性部材が前記一次バルブ部材を前記一次バルブシートから離れるように付勢すべく付勢力を作用させる、請求項9または10に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記二次バルブ部材が座面バルブであり、前記二次バルブが更に、前記二次バルブ部材と協調して密封する二次バルブシートを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記二次バルブが前記開放位置にある場合に前記一次バルブ部材の対向面の間における圧力差を減らすべく前記一次バルブ要素を通って流体が流れるよう前記二次バルブが前記一次バルブ要素を貫通して延びている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記電機子が第二の位置にある場合に前記二次バルブが閉じているかまたは閉じることができる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 容積が周期的に変動する作動室、高圧マニホルドおよび低圧マニホルド、並びに前記高圧マニホルドまたは前記低圧マニホルドから前記作動室への流体の供給を調整する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリを含む流体作動機械。
- 前記バルブアセンブリを能動的に制御すべく動作可能なコントローラと、場合により作動室容量の周期と同相関係にある1個以上の他のバルブとを含んでいて、前記作動室により1周期毎に前記流体の正味排出量を決定する、請求項15に記載の流体作動機械。
- 二次バルブが開放位置にある場合に、前記一次バルブ部材両端の圧力差を減らして前記一次バルブを開けるようにすべく前記作動室内の圧力が使用中の前記二次バルブを通る各マニホルド内の圧力と平衡状態になる、請求項15または16に記載の流体作動機械。
