Description
予め前記各連結片の突出高さを,前記各位置決め孔の深さよりも低くしておくと共に,前記コアの凹状の内側面に,前記複数の位置決め孔の隣接するもの同士を連通し且つ協働して環状をなすように配列する複数条の円弧状の誘導溝を設けておき,前記第2工程では,前記誘導溝群上に前記ロー材を配置し,前記第3工程では,前記溶融ロー材を前記複数条の誘導溝によって前記各位置決め孔に誘導することを第1の特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 椀状且つ環状のシェル(3s)と,このシェル(3s)の内側面に,その周方向に沿って配列して結合される複数のブレード(3b)と,これらブレード(3b)の中間部相互を連結すべく,それらの中間部に凸状の外側面をロー付けされるコア(3c)とを備えてなる流体伝動装置用羽根車を製造するに当たり,前記ブレード(3b)及びコア(3c)にそれぞれ設けられた連結片(28)及び位置決め孔(29)を互いに嵌合した状態で前記コア(3c)の凹状の内側面を上向きにして該コア(3c)を水平に配置する第1工程と,前記コア(3c)の内側面上に環状のロー材(S2)を配置する第2工程と,前記ロー材(S2)を溶融させ,その溶融ロー材(S2)を前記各連結片(28)及び位置決め孔(29)の嵌合隙間から前記コア(3c)及び各ブレード(3b)間の隙間に亙り浸透させる第3工程と,前記各隙間に浸透した溶融ロー材(S2)を固化させる第4工程とを実行する,流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法において,
予め前記各連結片(28)の突出高さを,前記各位置決め孔(29)の深さよりも低くしておくと共に,前記コア(3c)の凹状の内側面に,前記複数の位置決め孔(29)の隣接するもの同士を連通し且つ協働して環状をなすように配列する複数条の円弧状の誘導溝(32)を設けておき,前記第2工程では,前記誘導溝(32)群上に前記ロー材(S2)を配置し,前記第3工程では,前記溶融ロー材(S2)を前記誘導溝(32)群によって前記各位置決め孔(29)に誘導することを特徴とする,流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法において,
前記各誘導溝(32)を横断面V字状に形成したことを特徴とする,流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法において,
前記各誘導溝(32)をプレス成形したことを特徴とする,流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法。 - 請求項3記載の流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法において,
前記各誘導溝(32)の深さを前記コア(3c)の板厚の1/2以下に設定したことを特徴とする,流体伝動装置用羽根車の製造方法。
