Claims (3)
- 椀状のシェル(2s,3s)と,このシェル(2s,3s)の内側面に,その周方向に沿って配列してロー付けされる複数枚のブレード(2b,3b)と,これらブレード(2b,3b)の内側端を相互に連結すべく,それらの内側端にロー付けされる環状のコア(2c,3c)とを備えてなる羽根車を製造する,流体伝動装置の製造方法において,
ブレード整列治具(J1)上に前記複数枚のブレード(2b,3b)を整列させ,各ブレード(2b,3b)の長手方向に並ぶようにして各ブレード(2b,3b)に設けた一対の突片(30)を,前記コア(2c,3c)に設けた係止孔(31)に緩く貫通させながら,ブレード(2b,3b)群上にコア(2c,3c)を重ねた後,該突片(30)の係止孔(31)からの抜け出しを阻止するようにそれら一対の突片(30)の先端部を互いに反対方向へ曲げて,前記複数枚のブレード(2b,3b)を前記コア(2c,3c)に可動自在に連結してなるブレード・コア仮組立体(38)を組み立てる第1工程と,
前記シェル(2s,3s)の内側面の所定位置に前記ブレード・コア仮組立体(38)をセットする第2工程と,
前記突片(30)と前記係止孔(31),前記ブレード(2b,3b)と前記シェル(2s,3s)の各間をそれぞれロー付けする第3工程とを順次実行し,
前記第3工程では,リング状のロー材(B2)を各一対の突片(30)間の隙間(36)に係合するように位置決め配置し,そのロー材(B2)の溶融により前記突片(30)及び係止孔(31)間をロー付けすることを特徴とする,流体伝動装置の製造方法。 - ポンプ羽根車(2)及びタービン羽根車(3)を対向配置してなる流体伝動装置であって,
ポンプ羽根車(2)は,椀状のポンプシェル(2s),このポンプシェル(2s)の内側面に,その周方向に沿って配列してロー付けされる複数枚のポンプブレード(2b),並びにこれらポンプブレード(2b)の内側端を相互に連結すべく,それらの内側端にロー付けされる環状のポンプコア(2c)よりなり,
タービン羽根車(3)は,椀状のタービンシェル(3s),このタービンシェル(3s)の内側面に,その周方向に沿って配列してロー付けされる複数枚のタービンブレード(3b),並びにこれらタービンブレード(3b)の内側端を相互に連結すべく,それらの内側端にロー付けされる環状のタービンコア(3c)よりなる流体伝動装置の製造方法において,
前記各ポンプブレード(2b)に,先端が前記ポンプコア(3c)の外周縁に接する回転面(Cp)を越える程に突出長さが長い第1突片(30a)と,この第1突片(30a)より突出長さが短い第2突片(30b)とをポンプブレード(2b)の長手方向に並べて形成し,これら第1及び第2突片(30a,30b)を,前記ポンプコア(2c)に設けた係止孔(31)に貫通させながら,ポンプブレード(2b)群上にポンプコア(2c)を重ねた後,前記第1及び第2突片(30b)の係止孔(31)からの抜け出しを阻止するように前記第1突片(30a)の先端部を曲げ,その先端が前記回転面(Cp)の近傍に来るようにしてブレード・コア仮組立体(38)を組み立て,次いでポンプシェル(2s)の内側面の所定位置に前記ブレード・コア仮組立体(38)をセットし,次いでリング状のロー材(B2)を各第1及び第2突片(30b)間の隙間(36)に係合するように位置決め配置して,そのロー材(B2)の溶融により前記第1及び第2突片(30a,30b)と係止孔(31)との間をロー付けし,また前記ポンプブレード(2b)と前記ポンプシェル(2s)との間をロー付けしてポンプ羽根車(2)を組み立て,
一方,上記と同様の要領により,タービン羽根車(3)を組み立て,ポンプ羽根車(2)の第1及び第2突片(30a,30b)と,タービン羽根車(3)の第1及び第2突片(30a,30b)とが,前記ポンプ羽根車(2)及びタービン羽根車(3)を対向配置したとき,互いに齟齬するように配置されることを特徴とする,流体伝動装置の製造方法。 - 請求項2記載の流体伝動装置の製造方法において,
前記第1及び第2突片(30a,30b)間の谷部(30c)を,その谷底が前記係止孔(31)の途中で終るように形成したことを特徴とする,流体伝動装置の製造方法。
