Claims (9)
- 燃料電池システムのガス供給手段に組込まれ、該ガス供給手段から液体を分離する密閉セパレータユニット(1)であり、
液体を分離し収集するセパレータ(5)を有し、
セパレータユニット(1)を密閉するハウジング(2)を有し、前記セパレータ(5)を該ハウジング(2)によって密閉されたガス空間(21)に配設し、及び/又は前記ガス空間と熱的に接触させ、
前記セパレータ(5)から液体を排出するラインシステム(6)を有し、
該ラインシステム(6)に配設される少なくとも1つの流体力学的に作用する機能部品(7、8)を有し、該少なくとも1つの機能部品(7、8)を前記ガス空間(21)に設置する、セパレータユニット(1)であって、
加熱装置(10、11、13、19)が前記ハウジング(2)に組込まれ、
前記加熱装置が燃料電池システムの冷却水回路(11)の一部及び/又は電熱装置(10、19)の形を取ること、
を特徴とするセパレータユニット(1)。 - 前記機能部品(7、8)が排水弁(8)及び/又は排水フィルタ(7)の形を取ること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 前記加熱装置がアノードガス供給手段(13)の一部分の形を取ること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの更なる流体力学的に作用する機能部品(16、17、18)を、前記ハウジング(2)に及び/又は前記ガス空間(21)に組込むこと、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 前記更なる機能部品が、前記アノードガス供給手段の構成部品、特に前記アノードガス供給手段のパージ分岐部(13)の構成部品の形を取ること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 前記更なる機能部品が、パージ弁(16)及び/又はパージフィルタ(14、17)の形を取ること、を特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 前記加熱装置(19)を、前記パージ分岐部(13)を直接加熱するよう構成する及び/又は配設すること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機能部品(7、8)及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの更なる機能部品(16、17、18)を、前記ハウジング(2)及び/又は前記ガス空間(21)に、アイドル状態で、前記機能部品(7、8、16、17、18)への取入口(22)の液体を前記セパレータ(5)に又は前記ガス供給手段に還流するようにして、配設すること、を特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
- 前記機能部品(7、8、16、17、18)の液体搬送面に、撥水性及び/又は疎水性コーティングを施すこと、を特徴とする請求項8に記載のセパレータユニット(1)。
