Claims (6)
- 平坦な第1の接合面が形成された第1の部材と、平坦な第2の接合面が形成された第2の部材と、が流動性を失った媒介物質を所定の厚さで介して接合された接合部材を製造する方法であって;
前記第1の接合面及び前記第1の接合面と同一平面上に存在する第1の仮想平面を含む第1の拡大平面と、前記第2の接合面及び前記第2の接合面と同一平面上に存在する第2の仮想平面を含む第2の拡大平面と、を互いに平行になるように対向させつつ、前記厚さの方向に見て前記第1の接合面と前記第2の接合面とが重なる範囲が所定の範囲以下となるように配置する配置工程と;
前記第1の接合面に流動性を有する前記媒介物質を塗布する第1の塗布工程と;
前記媒介物質が塗布された前記第1の部材を、前記第1の拡大平面と前記第2の拡大平面との間隔を維持しながら、かつ、前記第1の接合面と前記第2の接合面との間に形成された隙間に前記媒介物質を充填しながら、前記厚さの方向に見て前記第1の接合面と前記第2の接合面とが重なる範囲が次第に大きくなるように、前記第2の部材に対して相対的に移動させる移動工程とを備える;
接合部材の製造方法。 - 前記移動工程に先立って又は前記移動工程と並行して、前記第2の接合面に前記媒介物質を塗布する第2の塗布工程を備える;
請求項1に記載の接合部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の塗布工程が、前記移動工程と並行して行われる;
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接合部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の塗布工程中に、前記第1の接合面を振動させる;
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接合部材の製造方法。 - 前記移動工程において、前記第1の塗布工程で塗布された前記媒介物質の厚みを整えるフィルムアプリケーターが用いられる;
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の接合部材の製造方法。 - 平坦な第1の接合面が形成された第1の部材と、平坦な第2の接合面が形成された第2の部材と、を媒介物質を所定の厚さで介して接合する装置であって;
前記第1の部材を把持する第1の把持具と;
前記第2の部材を把持する第2の把持具と;
前記第1の接合面に流動性を有する前記媒介物質を塗布する塗布装置と;
前記第1の把持具及び前記第2の把持具の少なくとも一方を移動させる移動装置と;
前記第1の接合面及び前記第1の接合面と同一平面上に存在する第1の仮想平面を含む第1の拡大平面と、前記第2の接合面及び前記第2の接合面と同一平面上に存在する第2の仮想平面を含む第2の拡大平面と、を互いに平行になるように対向させつつ、前記厚さの方向に見て前記第1の接合面と前記第2の接合面とが重なる範囲が所定の範囲以下となるように配置した後に、前記第1の拡大平面と前記第2の拡大平面との間隔を維持しながら、かつ、前記第1の接合面と前記第2の接合面との間に形成された隙間に前記媒介物質を充填しながら、前記厚さの方向に見て前記第1の接合面と前記第2の接合面とが重なる範囲が次第に大きくなる方向へ、前記第1の部材を前記第2の部材に対して相対的に移動させるように、前記第1の把持具及び前記第2の把持具並びに前記移動装置を制御する制御装置とを備える;
