Abstract
【解決手段】板状体2,3を、板状体2,3の主面を対向させて保持する複数の保持部材4,5と、複数の保持部材4,5を近接離間させる移動部材6と、相対向する一対の板状体2,3の間隙に挿通され、充填液7を上記間隙に吐出する吐出ノズル10と、吐出ノズル10を、板状体2,3の面内方向に亘って移動させるノズル移動機構11と、ノズル移動機構11を制御する制御手段21と、充填液7を貯蔵する貯蔵部15と、貯蔵部15に貯蔵されている充填液7を吐出ノズル10から吐出させる押圧機構13とを備え、吐出ノズル10は樹脂でコーティングされている。

Claims (10)
- 板状体を、該板状体の主面を対向させて保持する複数の保持部材と、
上記複数の保持部材を近接離間させる移動部材と、
上記保持部材に保持されることにより相対向する一対の板状体の間隙に挿通され、充填液を上記間隙に吐出する吐出ノズルと、
上記吐出ノズルを、上記板状体の面内方向に亘って移動させるノズル移動機構と、
上記ノズル移動機構を制御する制御手段と、
上記充填液を貯蔵する貯蔵部と、
上記貯蔵部に貯蔵されている上記充填液を上記吐出ノズルから吐出させる押圧機構とを備え、
上記吐出ノズルは、樹脂でコーティングされている充填装置。 - 上記制御手段は、上記吐出ノズルの先端が上記一対の板状体のうち硬い板状体に摺接するように上記ノズル移動機構を制御する請求項1記載の充填装置。
- 上記吐出ノズルは、上側に支持された上記板状体に摺接する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充填装置。
- 上記充填液は、上記一対の板状体を接着する接着剤であり、
上記移動部材は、上記吐出ノズルによる吐出後、上記複数の保持部材を近接させて上記充填液を上記一対の板状体の間隙に押し広げる請求項1又は2に記載の充填装置。 - 上記樹脂は、フッ素系樹脂である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充填装置。
- 上記吐出ノズルが複数設けられ、各吐出ノズルは、上記一対の板状体の一辺から上記間隙に挿入する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充填装置。
- 上記吐出ノズルが、上記一対の板状体の一辺側及び他辺側に設けられ、上記板状体の一辺側及び他辺側から上記間隙に挿入する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充填装置。
- 上記吐出ノズルが2本設けられ、各吐出ノズルは、上記充填液で、それぞれ上記板状体の長手方向に沿った太線部と、上記太線部から上記板状体の短手方向外側に延びる細線部とを有する対称形状を描画する請求項6又は請求項7に記載の充填装置。
- 相対向して支持される上記一対の板状体は、画像表示パネル及び上記画像表示パネル上に貼着される透明の保護パネルであり、
上記充填液は、透明樹脂である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充填装置。 - 上記板状体間に充填された上記充填液を硬化させる硬化手段を備えている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充填装置。
