防止因液体喷嘴的接触造成的板状体的损伤、滴液、涂敷速度的下降。具备将板状体(2、3)使板状体(2、3)的主面对置而保持的多个保持部件(4、5)、使多个保持部件(4、5)接近离开的移动部件(6)、插通在相对置的一对板状体(2、3)的间隙中、将填充液(7)向上述间隙吐出的吐出喷嘴(10)、使吐出喷嘴(10)遍及板状体(2、3)的面内方向移动的喷嘴移动机构(11)、控制喷嘴移动机构(11)的控制机构(21)、储存填充液(7)的储存部(15)、和使储存在储存部(15)中的填充液(7)从吐出喷嘴(10)吐出的推压机构(13),吐出喷嘴(10)被用树脂涂层。

Description

填充装置
技术领域
本发明涉及向板状体间填充液体的填充装置,例如涉及用于向图像显示面板与透明板等大型的板状体间填充树脂液的填充装置。
本申请以在日本于2009年9月4日提出申请的日本专利申请号特愿2009-205171为基础主张优先权,通过参照该申请,在本申请中引用。
背景技术
以往,作为贴合板状体的工艺方法,有将盘基板贴合的装置(参照专利文献1)。这种贴合装置具备载置冲压器的台、在台上升降并且保持贴合基板的基板保持台、和向冲压器上涂敷粘接剂的喷嘴。
并且,贴合装置如果在台上载置冲压器、基板保持台将基板通过真空吸附而与冲压器对置保持,则从喷嘴向冲压器上吐出粘接剂。粘接剂在下落到冲压器上之后,隆起而也接触在基板上,随着台及基板保持台的旋转而扩展到冲压器与基板之间。然后,通过紫外线照射或加热使粘接剂硬化,使冲压器与基板粘接。

发明内容
但是,在使一对板状体对置、在其间隙中插入喷嘴而填充树脂的情况下,板状体间的间隙越窄,喷嘴越滑动接触在板状体的表面上,有可能给板状体带来损伤。特别是,在光盘或液晶面板等光线入射的基板或发出光线的基板中,如果通过喷嘴的滑动接触给表面带来损伤,则成为光的散射等的原因,有可能给记录再生特性或视觉辨认性带来不良影响。
此外,如果吐出的树脂附着在喷嘴的吐出口上、发生在吐出停止后附着的树脂也滴下的所谓的滴液,则树脂附着在基板的端面等设想之外的部位上,其擦去工序变得麻烦,而且与填充在规定部位中的树脂相比较早地硬化等,也有可能在一对板状体的间隙中残留气泡。
进而,如果为了防止喷嘴的向板状体的主面的滑动接触而降低喷嘴的移动速度,则在先吐出的树脂与后吐出的树脂之间,暴露在空气中的时间较大地不同,也有可能在填充特性及硬化特性上发生差异。
所以,本发明的目的是提供一种能够防止因喷嘴与板状体的接触带来的板状体的损伤、并且不降低喷嘴的移动速度而向一对板状体的间隙涂敷填充液、此外也能够防止滴液的填充装置。
为了解决上述课题,有关本发明的填充装置,具备:多个保持部件,将板状体使该板状体的主面对置而保持;移动部件,使上述多个保持部件接近离开;吐出喷嘴,通过保持在上述保持部件上而插通在相对置的一对板状体的间隙中,将填充液向上述间隙吐出;喷嘴移动机构,使上述吐出喷嘴遍及上述板状体的面内方向移动;控制机构,控制上述喷嘴移动机构;储存部,储存上述填充液;推压机构,使储存在上述储存部中的上述填充液从上述吐出喷嘴吐出;上述吐出喷嘴被用树脂涂层。
根据本发明,由于吐出喷嘴被用树脂涂层,所以比板状体柔软,即使是因振动或挠曲等抵接在板状体上的情况,也不可能将板状体弄伤。此外,本发明由于吐出喷嘴被用树脂涂层,所以能够防止在吐出停止后附着的填充液也从吐出口滴下的所谓的滴液。进而,本发明由于吐出喷嘴被用树脂涂层,所以能够不降低由喷嘴移动机构带来的移动速度而涂敷填充液,也不会发生因在先吐出的填充液与后吐出的填充液之间在暴露在空气中的时间上发生差异造成的品质的差异。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对有关本发明的填充装置详细地说明。
该填充装置1是作为一对板状体而使用液晶面板2及保护液晶面板2的表面的保护面板3、向这些液晶面板2与保护面板3之间填充粘接剂7、将液晶面板2与保护面板3贴合的装置。
填充装置1如图1、图2所示,具备保持液晶面板2的液晶面板保持台4、保持保护面板3的保护面板保持台5、通过使保护面板保持台5升降而使液晶面板2与保护面板3接近离开的致动器6、插通在液晶面板2与保护面板3之间、将粘接剂7吐出的吐出喷嘴10、使吐出喷嘴10移动的喷嘴移动机构11、与吐出喷嘴10连接、储存粘接剂7的注射器15、和使粘接剂7从吐出喷嘴10的吐出口17吐出的推压机构13,它们配设在工作台14上。
液晶面板2是在形成为大致矩形状的上下两片玻璃基板间封入有液晶的液晶单元,在朝向视听者侧的一个基板上粘接保护面板3。保护面板3是使液晶面板2的视觉辨认性提高、或保护液晶面板2免受冲击或损伤的部件,例如使用强化玻璃或丙烯酸板等透明的板。
保持液晶面板2的液晶面板保持台4固定在工作台14上,通过真空吸附等的方法保持液晶面板2,以使其与保护面板3的粘接面朝向表侧。保持保护面板3的保护面板保持台5通过致动器6支承在液晶面板保持台4上,通过真空吸附等的方法保持保护面板3,以使其与液晶面板2的粘接面朝向表侧。此外,液晶面板保持台4及保护面板保持台5都将液晶面板2或保护面板3的吸附面设定为大致铅直方向,将液晶面板2及保护面板3的各主面朝向大致铅直方向而保持。
这里,这些液晶面板保持台4及保护面板保持台5的至少某一个为了方便进行液晶面板2与保护面板3的对位而优选的是透明的。填充装置1通过将液晶面板2保持在液晶面板保持台4的规定的位置上、将保护面板3保持在保护面板保持台5的规定的位置上,进行液晶面板2与保护面板3的对位。因而,填充装置1需要进行液晶面板2相对于液晶面板保持台4的对位、以及保护面板3相对于保护面板保持台5的对位。
如图3所示,填充装置1通过将液晶面板保持台4用透明的材质形成,能够将形成在液晶面板2上的对位用的基准标记M从液晶面板保持台4的与液晶面板2的吸附面相反侧的面用相机16读取。同样,填充装置1通过将保护面板保持台5用透明的材质形成,能够将形成在保护面板3上的对位用的基准标记M从保护面板保持台5的与保护面板3的吸附面相反侧的面用相机16读取。
在本实施例的填充装置1中,通过将液晶面板2吸附在液晶面板保持台4的定位置上、进行保护面板保持台5与保护面板3的对位,进行保护面板3的相对于液晶面板2的对位。因而,填充装置1如图4所示,将保护面板保持台5透明地形成,并且将相机16固定到与保护面板3的吸附面相反侧的面上,读取印刷在保护面板3的与粘接面相反侧的基准标记M。
具体而言,填充装置1对准保护面板3的位置,以使基准标记M位于相机16的画面(frame)中心。另外,填充装置1也可以对准保护面板3的位置以使保护面板3的角部与画面的基准线一致等、将保护面板3的外形作为基准。
支承保护面板保持台5的致动器6是使保护面板保持台5沿作为图1中箭头Z方向及反箭头Z方向的上下方向升降的部件。致动器6当使液晶面板2或保护面板3保持在各台4、5上时使保护面板保持台5上升、当使粘接剂7填充到液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中时使保护面板保持台5下降。
此外,致动器6在粘接剂7的填充时,通过使保护面板保持台5下降,将液晶面板2和保护面板3保持为后述的吐出喷嘴10能够插通、并且粘接剂7能够一边接触在液晶面板2及保护面板3上一边涂敷的规定的间隔。并且,致动器6在粘接剂7的填充后,使保护面板保持台5进一步下降,将保护面板3向液晶面板2侧以规定的力推压规定的时间,将粘接剂7遍及液晶面板2及保护面板3的整面推展。
将粘接剂7向液晶面板2及保护面板3之间吐出的吐出喷嘴10具有与保持在液晶面板保持台4上的液晶面板2及保持在保护面板保持台5上的保护面板3的各主面平行的筒状体。此外,吐出喷嘴10通过与供给粘接剂7的注射器15连结,被支承在能够在处于相互接近的位置的液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙内不接触到两面板而进退的高度。并且,吐出喷嘴10通过喷嘴移动机构11向图1中反箭头X方向及图2中箭头Y方向及反箭头Y方向移动,在液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙内描绘后述的规定的吐出图案。
如图5所示,该吐出喷嘴10通过由金属或工业用塑料形成的喷嘴主体10a、和将喷嘴主体10a涂层的不弄伤液晶面板2及保护面板3的柔软的树脂层10b构成。树脂层10b通过将低摩擦性、耐磨损性、非湿性、耐腐蚀性等良好的树脂、例如氟类树脂烧附涂装在喷嘴主体10a的表面上等而形成。
吐出喷嘴10通过形成树脂层10b,即使在一边在液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中移动一边将粘接剂7吐出时滑动接触在液晶面板2及保护面板3上的情况下,也不可能将液晶面板2及保护面板3弄伤。即,吐出喷嘴由金属或工业用塑料形成,一边通过后述的喷嘴移动机构11在液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中移动一边涂敷粘接剂7。此时,将吐出喷嘴10移动以便不使其抵接在液晶面板2及保护面板3上,但即使是通过振动或挠曲等抵接在液晶面板2及保护面板3上的情况,也由于被树脂层10b涂层,所以不可能将液晶面板2及保护面板3弄伤。
此外,吐出喷嘴10通过设置非湿性、耐腐蚀性良好的树脂层10b,能够防止在吐出停止后粘接剂7还从吐出口17滴下的所谓的滴液。因而,吐出喷嘴10能够仅在规定部位上涂敷粘接剂7,能够防止粘接剂7附着在设想之外的部位上的状况。
进而,吐出喷嘴10由于能够防止因与液晶面板2及保护面板3的接触带来的弄伤,所以能够不降低由喷嘴移动机构11带来的移动速度而涂敷粘接剂7。因而,既不会有在先吐出的粘接剂7与后吐出的粘接剂7之间暴露在空气中的时间较大地不同的情况,也不会在填充特性及硬化特性上发生差异。这是因为,基板越大型化则粘接剂7的涂敷工序所需要的时间越增加,但另一方面希望不降低喷嘴移动速度而迅速地结束粘接剂7的涂敷,但填充装置1能够不降低由喷嘴移动机构11带来的移动速度而涂敷粘接剂7,是有利的。
此外,吐出喷嘴10如图6A所示,也可以通过将前端的上表面斜向切割而使吐出口17朝向铅直方向上侧。由此,吐出喷嘴10如果开始吐出粘接剂7,则使粘接剂7最初附着在位于上方的保护面板3上,然后,通过重力附着在下方的液晶面板2上。接着,吐出喷嘴10一边将粘接剂7吐出一边在液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙内移动,如图7所示,在粘接剂7总是附着在液晶面板2及保护面板3的两面上的状态下涂敷。
这样,填充装置1通过将吐出喷嘴10的吐出口17朝向上方向、并且涂敷以使粘接剂7总是附着在液晶面板2及保护面板3的两面上,能够防止在粘接剂7中残留气泡。
另外,吐出喷嘴10如图6B所示,直径φ例如由6mm≥φ≥2mm形成。该直径φ根据液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙决定,选择不接触在两面板上的值。
此外,吐出喷嘴10如图6C所示,吐出口17的角度α由90°>α≥30°形成。吐出喷嘴10如果该角度α成为90°以上则在开始吐出时不能使粘接剂7附着在保护面板3上,此外发生在吐出口17上残留粘接剂7、使粘接剂附着在设想之外的部位上的可能。此外,吐出喷嘴10如果该角度α为不到30°则在开始吐出时粘接剂7不易下降到下方的液晶面板2侧,发生将气泡卷入的可能。具体而言,该角度α在90°>α≥30°的范围内根据粘接剂7的粘度决定,选择适合于粘接剂7最初附着在上侧的保护面板3上、不将气泡卷入而附着在液晶面板2上、一边接触在两面板上一边吐出的角度。
使吐出喷嘴10移动的喷嘴移动机构11具备载置注射器15的第1喷嘴台19、和载置第1喷嘴台19的第2喷嘴台20。第1喷嘴台19在上表面19a上搭载有注射器15,在下表面19b上安装有滑块22。第1喷嘴台19通过滑块22在设置于第2喷嘴台20上的第1导轨23上滑动,能够向图2中箭头Y方向及反箭头Y方向移动。
此外,第2喷嘴台20在上表面20a上形成有导引第1喷嘴台19的第1导轨23,在下表面20b上形成有与工作台14的第2导轨24嵌合的滑块25。第2喷嘴台20通过滑块25在形成于工作台14上的第2导轨24上滑动,能够向图1中箭头X方向及反箭头X方向移动。
填充装置1具备两座第1喷嘴台19,通过两个吐出喷嘴10A、10B涂敷粘接剂7。喷嘴移动机构11具有控制第1喷嘴台19及第2喷嘴台20的移动的控制机构21,通过与液晶面板保持台4及保护面板保持台5的升降动作连动、使吐出喷嘴10沿大致水平方向移动,使其不会接触在液晶面板2及保护面板3上而插通或退避到两面板的间隙中。
另外,填充装置1的吐出喷嘴10的数量并不限定于两个,也可以搭载1个或3个以上。在这些情况下,各吐出喷嘴10也分别与载置在第1喷嘴台19上的注射器15连结,各第1喷嘴台19滑动自如地支承在第2喷嘴台20上。
在载置于第1喷嘴台19上的注射器15中,储存有从吐出喷嘴10吐出的粘接剂7。此外,注射器15与使储存的粘接剂7从吐出喷嘴10吐出的推压机构13连接,进行粘接剂7的吐出及吐出停止的控制、以及吐出压力的控制。推压机构13例如使用压缩干燥空气的储气瓶,由控制机构21控制向注射器15内的气体的供给及供给停止、以及供给压力,通过将气体以规定压力向注射器15内供给,使粘接剂7从吐出喷嘴10吐出。
作为从吐出喷嘴10吐出的粘接剂7,例如使用控制折射率以使得即使填充到液晶面板2及保护面板3之间也抑制光的散射而不会损害液晶面板2的视觉辨认性的透明的紫外线硬化型的弹性树脂。
此外,粘接剂7选择能够向液晶面板2及保护面板3同时一边附着一边填充、并且不会从两面板2、3的外缘流出而能够维持附着在两面板2、3上的状态的粘度,例如在1000mPa~4000mPa的范围中使用。此外,根据这样的粘接剂7的粘度,液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙尺寸设定为3.5mm~10mm的范围。
接着,参照图8及图9A~图9F对填充装置1的动作进行说明。另外,在本实施例中,对将粘接剂7向矩形状的液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙填充的情况进行说明,但液晶面板2及保护面板3的形状并不限定于矩形。
首先,填充装置1通过致动器6使液晶面板保持台4及保护面板保持台5离开,将液晶面板2吸附在液晶面板保持台4上,并且将保护面板3吸附在保护面板保持台5上(图8A、图9A)。
如上所述,在液晶面板保持台4上,在定位置上载置液晶面板2。此外,保护面板保持台5透明地形成,为了将保护面板3保持在与载置在定位置上的液晶面板2对应的规定的位置上,形成在保护面板3的吸附面侧的基准标记M能够由固定在吸附面侧的相机16摄像。填充装置1通过对准保护面板3的位置以使基准标记M位于相机16的画面中心,将保护面板3保持在正对着液晶面板2的规定位置上。
另外,此时吐出喷嘴10通过控制机构将第1喷嘴台19向图1中反箭头X方向移动,从液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙向反箭头X方向退避。
在液晶面板2及保护面板3的对位结束后,填充装置1通过控制机构使两座第1喷嘴台19向箭头X方向滑动,使各吐出喷嘴10A、10B从液晶面板2及保护面板3的各长度方向的一端侧的侧面2a、3a侧插通到间隙中(图8B、图9B)。此时,吐出喷嘴10A、10B预先插通在在液晶面板2及保护面板3接近时不接触在两面板上的高度(图8B)。此外,吐出喷嘴10A、10B的吐出口17位于液晶面板2及保护面板3的各长度方向的另一端侧的侧面2b、3b侧的附近(图9B)。
然后,填充装置1通过操作致动器6而使液晶面板保持台4及保护面板保持台5接近,将液晶面板2及保护面板3保持为规定的间隔(图8C)。
接着,填充装置1一边通过控制机构使第1、第2喷嘴台19、20移动,一边从吐出喷嘴10A、10B将粘接剂7吐出,在液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中描绘规定的填充图案(图8D、图9C)。此时,吐出喷嘴10A、10B一边向反箭头X方向、箭头Y方向及反箭头Y方向移动一边将粘接剂7吐出。因而,吐出喷嘴10A、10B的吐出口17不会进入到填充于液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中的粘接剂7中,能够防止粘接剂7附着在喷嘴主体上。由此,填充装置1能够防止通过附着在吐出喷嘴10A、10B上的粘接剂7使得粘接剂7附着在设想之外的部位上的状况。
此外,如上所述,吐出喷嘴10A、10B由于喷嘴主体10a被用低摩擦性、耐磨损性、非湿性、耐腐蚀性等良好的树脂层10b涂层,所以即使在因振动或挠曲等而抵接在液晶面板2及保护面板3上的情况下,也不可能弄伤液晶面板2及保护面板3。此外,吐出喷嘴10A、10B通过设置树脂层10b,能够防止在吐出停止后粘接剂7还从吐出口17滴下的所谓滴液。进而,吐出喷嘴10A、10B能够不降低由喷嘴移动机构11带来的移动速度而涂敷粘接剂7,也不会发生在先吐出的粘接剂7与后吐出的粘接剂7之间在暴露在空气中的时间上发生差异造成的品质的差异。
此外,吐出喷嘴10A、10B在使吐出口17朝向上方的情况下,如果粘接剂7开始吐出,则使粘接剂7附着在上方的保护面板3上,然后,粘接剂7下降而附着在下方的液晶面板2上。在该状态下,吐出喷嘴10A、10B一边向反箭头X方向以及箭头Y方向及反箭头Y方向移动一边吐出粘接剂7而描绘规定的描绘图案P1(图8E、图9D)。此时,吐出喷嘴10A、10B由于粘接剂7向液晶面板2及保护面板3的两者同时一边附着一边涂敷,所以能够防止在粘接剂7中残留气泡。
如图9D所示,填充在该液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中的粘接剂7的描绘图案P1具有在液晶面板2及保护面板3的中央部沿着长度方向描绘的粗线部30、和从该粗线部30的两端朝向液晶面板2及保护面板3的四角延伸的细线部31。粗线部30沿着液晶面板2及保护面板3的长度方向形成在大致中央,细线部31从粗线部30的长度方向的两端连续朝向液晶面板2及保护面板3的四角形成。
描绘图案P1通过具备两个吐出喷嘴10A、10B的填充装置1的一个吐出喷嘴10A和另一个吐出喷嘴10B经由粗线部30沿短边方向描绘对称形状而形成。即,一个吐出喷嘴10A描绘描绘图案P1的一侧的粗线部30a及细线部31a,另一个吐出喷嘴10B描绘描绘图案P1的另一侧的粗线部30b及细线部31b。通过喷嘴移动机构11使两个吐出喷嘴10A、10B同步移动,通过分别一边向反箭头X方向后退一边向相互接近的箭头Y方向或反箭头Y方向移动而描绘一个细线部31,接着,通过向反箭头X方向后退而描绘粗线部30,再接着通过一边向反箭头X方向后退一边向相互离开的箭头Y方向或反箭头Y方向移动,描绘另一个细线部31。
另外,吐出喷嘴10A、10B通过使每单位时间的粘接剂7的吐出量为一定并控制第1、第2喷嘴台19、20的移动速度,能够将粗线部30和细线部31区分描绘。
如果结束在液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中形成规定的描绘图案,则填充装置1通过控制机构21操作第1、第2喷嘴台19、20,使吐出喷嘴10A、10B从液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙退避(图8F)。
接着,填充装置1通过致动器6使保护面板保持台4下降,推压液晶面板2及保护面板3,将粘接剂7推展(图8G、图9E)。此时,填充装置1由于描绘图案P1以对称形状描绘在两面板2、3的中央,所以遍及两面板2、3的整体均匀地扩展。此外,填充装置1通过设置向两面板2、3的四角延伸的细线部31,粘接剂7可靠地扩展直到达到两面板2、3的四角。另外,通过致动器6的推压力及推压时间根据液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙、粘接剂7的粘度及涂敷量等决定,例如设定为推压力2.5kPa、推压时间0.3秒。
然后,填充装置1将致动器6带来的推压解除,并且将由液晶面板保持台4进行的液晶面板4的吸附及由保护面板保持台5进行的保护面板3的吸附解除,在常压下放置规定时间、例如5分钟。由此,粘接剂7直到各角落均匀地填充到液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙中(图9F)。填充装置1在粘接剂7填充到间隙的各角落后,通过用未图示的紫外线照射装置照射紫外线,进行粘接剂7的硬化处理。
这样,填充装置1将作为对称形状的描绘图案P1用画一笔描绘,所以能够将均匀扩展的描绘图案P1在最短时间中描绘。
此外,填充装置1也可以一边使吐出喷嘴10滑动接触在液晶面板2或保护面板3中的较硬的面板上一边涂敷粘接剂7。填充装置1如图10A所示,也可以一边使吐出喷嘴10的吐出口17抵接在由强化玻璃或丙烯酸板等透明的板构成的保护面板3上一边使吐出喷嘴10在液晶面板2与保护面板3的间隙中移动。
通过一边使吐出口17抵接在保护面板3上一边使吐出喷嘴10移动,填充装置1的吐出喷嘴10被保护面板3导引而移动,所以能够防止晃动、将粘接剂7的吐出量保持为一定、此外能够将吐出喷嘴10的移动速度保持为一定。另外,填充装置1由于在吐出喷嘴10上形成有低摩擦性、耐磨损性良好的树脂层10b,所以即使在吐出口17滑动接触在保护面板3上的情况下,也不会给保护面板3带来损伤,此外树脂层10b也不会损坏、磨耗。
该填充装置1将吐出喷嘴10预先朝上倾斜而安装在注射器15上,并且通过控制机构21控制致动器6以使吐出口17滑动接触在保护面板3上,设定保护面板3的高度。另外,此时填充装置1也将液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙设定为从吐出口17吐出的粘接剂7一边附着在液晶面板2及保护面板3的两面上一边涂敷的高度。
另外,填充装置1在液晶面板2和保护面板3中的液晶面板2更硬的情况下,如图10B所示,使吐出喷嘴10的吐出口17滑动接触在液晶面板2上。这样,通过使吐出喷嘴10滑动接触在一对面板中的较硬者上,填充装置1的吐出喷嘴10被可靠地导引,能够防止晃动,能够将粘接剂7一边附着在液晶面板2及保护面板3的两面上一边涂敷。此外,填充装置1通过吐出喷嘴10被可靠地导引,将粘接剂7的吐出量保持为一定,并且能够不降低吐出喷嘴10的移动速度而保持为高速。
另外,填充装置1根据面板形状,并不一定需要将描绘图案P描绘为对称形状。此外,填充装置1也可以将描绘图案P通过使1个吐出喷嘴10移动而描绘为对称形状。此外,填充装置1也可以描绘描绘图案P的对称形状、以使其至少一个部位具有作为对称点的接触点。进而,填充装置1在例如在圆形的面板2、3上涂敷粘接剂7的情况下,只要在面板2、3的中央形成圆形的描绘图案P就可以。
此外,喷嘴移动机构11也可以具备多个吐出喷嘴10、从液晶面板2及保护面板3的相对置的边插入到间隙中。在液晶面板2及保护面板3大型化、例如具备相当于12英寸以上的液晶电视的大小的情况下等,如图11所示,通过在使吐出喷嘴10相对置的两面侧具备吐出喷嘴10及喷嘴移动机构11、同时涂敷粘接剂7,能够缩短粘接剂7的涂敷所需要的时间。
即,在图11所示的填充装置50中,在矩形状的液晶面板2及保护面板3的短边方向的两侧分别具备两个吐出喷嘴10A、10B、和使两个吐出喷嘴10A、10B移动的喷嘴移动机构11。并且,填充装置50在粘接剂7的涂敷工序中,从短边方向的一边51及另一边52分别将两个吐出喷嘴10插入,描绘规定的描绘图案P。
此时,使各吐出喷嘴10A、10B沿着从两面板2、3的大致中央朝向作为插入端的一边51或另一边52的方向、以及两面板2、3的长度方向同步移动。如果描绘结束,则使各吐出喷嘴10A、10B从作为插入端的一边51或另一边52退避。因而,喷嘴移动机构11能够使多个吐出喷嘴10A、10B以最短的路线移动,即使是大型面板,也能够在短时间中描绘规定的描绘图案P。
另一方面,在向比较的小型、中型的液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙填充粘接剂7的情况下,如图9A~图9F所示,只要在矩形状的液晶面板2及保护面板3的长度方向的一侧具备1个或多个吐出喷嘴10就足够。当然,在向小型、中型的液晶面板2及保护面板3的间隙填充粘接剂7的情况下,也可以在矩形状的液晶面板2及保护面板3的长度方向的两侧具备1个或多个吐出喷嘴10。
以上,对将用来将两片板状体贴合的粘接剂7向板状体的间隙填充的填充装置进行了说明,但有关本发明的填充装置也可以保持3片以上的板状体以使各主面相对置、向各板状体的间隙填充粘接剂7等填充液。
在此情况下,本填充装置的保持构成最上层及最下层的板状体以外的构成中间层的板状体的保持机构为了将该板状体的两主面开放而把持板状体的侧缘。此外,本填充装置也可以将向各板状体的间隙填充填充液的吐出喷嘴及吐出喷嘴的移动机构按照板状体的间隙而设置,在此情况下,也可以将向分别不同的间隙吐出填充液的多个吐出喷嘴及喷嘴移动机构按照矩形状的板状体的不同的边配置。另一方面,本填充装置也可以移动操作吐出喷嘴以使其用一个吐出喷嘴向多个间隙填充填充液。
产业上的可利用性
本发明在液晶面板2及保护面板3的粘接以外,在等离子显示器和其保护面板的粘接中也能够使用。此外,在电视机、便携电话、PDA、便携游戏机、数字照相机、摄像机、数字相框、有机EL、触摸面板等的各种显示器与保护面板的粘接中也能够使用。

Claims (11)

1.一种填充装置,其特征在于,
具备:
多个保持部件,将板状体使该板状体的主面对置而保持;
移动部件,使上述多个保持部件接近离开;
吐出喷嘴,通过保持在上述保持部件上而插通在相对置的一对板状体的间隙中,将填充液向上述间隙吐出;
喷嘴移动机构,使上述吐出喷嘴遍及上述板状体的面内方向移动;
控制机构,控制上述喷嘴移动机构;
储存部,储存上述填充液;
推压机构,使储存在上述储存部中的上述填充液从上述吐出喷嘴吐出;
上述吐出喷嘴被用树脂涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的填充装置,其特征在于,上述控制机构控制上述喷嘴移动机构,以使上述吐出喷嘴的前端滑动接触在上述一对板状体中的较硬的板状体上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,上述吐出喷嘴滑动接触在支承于上侧的上述板状体上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,
上述填充液是将上述一对板状体粘接的粘接剂;
上述移动部件在通过上述吐出喷嘴的吐出后,使上述多个保持部件接近而将上述填充液推展到上述一对板状体的间隙中。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,上述树脂是氟类树脂。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,设有多个上述吐出喷嘴,各吐出喷嘴从上述一对板状体的一边向上述间隙插入。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,上述吐出喷嘴设在上述一对板状体的一边侧及另一边侧,从上述板状体的一边侧及另一边侧向上述间隙插入。
8.如权利要求6所述的填充装置,其特征在于,设有两根上述吐出喷嘴,各吐出喷嘴用上述填充液分别描绘具有沿着上述板状体的长度方向的粗线部、和从上述粗线部向上述板状体的短边方向外侧延伸的细线部的对称形状。
9.如权利要求7所述的填充装置,其特征在于,设有两根上述吐出喷嘴,各吐出喷嘴用上述填充液分别描绘具有沿着上述板状体的长度方向的粗线部、和从上述粗线部向上述板状体的短边方向外侧延伸的细线部的对称形状。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,
被相对置而支承的上述一对板状体是图像显示面板及粘贴在上述图像显示面板上的透明的保护面板;
上述填充液是透明树脂。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的填充装置,其特征在于,具备使填充在上述板状体间的上述填充液硬化的硬化机构。
