Claims (10)
- 塗布対象物の塗布対象面に沿って相対的に移動させながら塗布物質を吐出することで前記塗布対象面に前記塗布物質を塗布するダイヘッドであって、
第1の対向面が形成された第1のヘッド構成部材と、
前記第1の対向面に接触した第2の対向面が形成された第2のヘッド構成部材とを備え、
前記第1の対向面には、前記塗布物質を前記ダイヘッドの外に吐出する細長い吐出口を形成する吐出口形成溝が形成され、
前記ダイヘッドの1つの面に当該面から外側に突出した突出部が形成されて、前記吐出口は前記突出部の先端に形成され、
前記吐出口が形成された部分の前記第1の対向面の前記細長い方向における前記第1の対向面の外縁と前記吐出口形成溝との間の距離が0.1mm〜1.0mmに形成されたダイヘッドを備える塗布装置と;
前記塗布対象面に前記塗布物質が塗布された前記塗布対象物を吸着保持する第1の吸着ステージと;
前記塗布対象面に前記塗布物質が塗布された前記塗布対象物を吸着保持する第2の吸着ステージであって、前記第2の吸着ステージに吸着保持された前記塗布対象物を前記第1の吸着ステージに吸着保持された前記塗布対象物に貼り合わせることができるように配置された第2の吸着ステージと;
紫外線を照射する紫外線照射器と;
前記第1の吸着ステージ及び前記第2の吸着ステージを同時に収容することができる大きさに形成され、真空ポンプの作動により内部の真空度を調節可能に構成されたチャンバとを備え;
前記塗布物質は、紫外線が照射されたときに粘度が増加して流動性を失うことができるように構成された;

前記吐出口形成溝が形成された部分の前記第1の対向面の前記細長い方向における幅が、前記保留部形成溝が形成された部分の前記第1の対向面の前記細長い方向における幅よりも小さく形成された;

前記塗布対象物が載置される載置台と、
前記載置台に載置された前記塗布対象物の、前記ダイヘッドに対する位置を把握する位置確認装置とを備える、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接合部材製造装置。 - 前記載置台を前記ダイヘッドに対して相対的に移動させる移動装置と;
前記位置確認装置が確認している状態において、前記載置台に載置された前記塗布対象物の前記塗布対象面の所定の位置と、前記ダイヘッドの基準位置と、が合うように前記移動装置の移動を制御する制御装置とを備える;
請求項3に記載の接合部材製造装置。 - 前記移動装置は、前記吐出口が延びる方向及び前記吐出口が延びる方向に対して水平に直交する方向に前記載置台を移動させることができるように構成された;
請求項4に記載の接合部材製造装置。 - 前記移動装置は、前記載置台を前記ダイヘッドに対して相対的に、鉛直方向への移動、及び前記載置台の図心を通って鉛直に延びる仮想軸線まわりに回転移動させることができるように構成された;
請求項4又は請求項5に記載の接合部材製造装置。 - 前記突出部の突出する高さが3mm以上8mm以下に形成された;
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の接合部材製造装置。 - 塗布対象物の塗布対象面に沿って相対的に移動させながら塗布物質を吐出することで前記塗布対象面に前記塗布物質を塗布するダイヘッドであって、
第1の対向面が形成された第1のヘッド構成部材と、
前記第1の対向面に接触した第2の対向面が形成された第2のヘッド構成部材とを有し、
前記第1の対向面には、前記塗布物質を前記ダイヘッドの外に吐出する細長い吐出口を形成する吐出口形成溝が形成され、
前記ダイヘッドの1つの面に当該面から外側に突出した突出部が形成されて、前記吐出口は前記突出部の先端に形成され、
前記吐出口が形成された部分の前記第1の対向面の前記細長い方向における前記第1の対向面の外縁と前記吐出口形成溝との間の距離である端部厚が0.1mm〜1.0mmに形成されたダイヘッドを、前記吐出口から前記塗布物質を吐出しながら、前記塗布対象物の前記塗布対象面に沿って相対的に移動させることにより、第1の所定の長さの前記塗布物質である第1の塗布膜を前記塗布対象面に形成する第1の塗布膜形成工程と;
前記第1の塗布膜形成工程の後、前記ダイヘッドからの前記塗布物質の吐出を停止した状態で、前記ダイヘッドを、前記第1の塗布膜形成工程において前記ダイヘッドを前記相対的に移動させた方向に対して交差する方向に移動させるダイヘッド移動工程と;
前記ダイヘッド移動工程の後、前記ダイヘッドを、前記吐出口から前記塗布物質を吐出しながら、前記塗布対象物の前記塗布対象面に沿って相対的に移動させることにより、第2の所定の長さの前記塗布物質である第2の塗布膜を前記塗布対象面に形成する第2の塗布膜形成工程とを備え;
前記ダイヘッド移動工程は、前記第1の塗布膜を形成する際の前記吐出口の軌跡と前記第2の塗布膜を形成する際の前記吐出口の軌跡との最短の間隔が2mm以下となるように、前記ダイヘッドを前記交差する方向に移動させる;
塗布物質塗布済部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の塗布膜形成工程における前記第1の塗布膜の表面と前記吐出口との距離及び前記第2の塗布膜形成工程における前記第2の塗布膜の表面と前記吐出口との距離がそれぞれ0μm以上30μm以下である;
請求項8に記載の塗布物質塗布済部材の製造方法。 - 請求項8又は請求項9に記載の塗布物質塗布済部材の製造方法を用いて前記塗布物質が塗布された前記塗布対象物である塗布物質塗布済部材を製造する塗布物質塗布済部材製造工程と;
前記塗布物質塗布済部材を所定の時間放置する放置工程と;
前記放置工程が完了した前記塗布物質塗布済部材と、接合対象部材と、を貼り合わせる貼合工程とを備える;
