Claims (15)
- 第1電極、第2電極、および前記第1電極と前記第2電極の間に配置されたセパレータを含み、前記第1電極、前記第2電極、および前記セパレータを巻き取ってゼリーロールで形成された電極組立体であって、
前記第1電極は互いに離隔して形成された少なくとも2つの第1無地部、および前記それぞれの第1無地部上に付着して前記ゼリーロールの一側に突出した第1タブおよび第2タブを含み、
前記ゼリーロールの巻き取り中心に隣接して位置した前記第1タブの幅は、前記ゼリーロールの外周に隣接して位置した前記第2タブの幅よりも小さく、
前記第1電極は帯形状であり、前記2つの第1無地部は前記第1電極の両端辺部に位置し、
前記第1タブの幅(w1)は、下記の式1を満たし、
前記第2タブの幅(w2)は、下記の式2を満たすことを特徴とする電極組立体。
- 前記第1タブの幅は、2.8mm〜7mmであり、
前記第2タブの幅は、5.1mm〜11mmである請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記第1タブの厚さは、前記第2タブの厚さよりも小さい、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1タブの厚さは、0.05mm〜0.15mmである、請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第2タブの厚さは、0.1mm〜0.2mmである、請求項3に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極は正極である、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第2電極は互いに離隔して形成された少なくとも2つの第2無地部、および前記それぞれの第2無地部上に形成されて前記第1タブおよび前記第2タブが突出した一側の反対側に突出した第3タブおよび第4タブを含み、
前記ゼリーロールの巻き取り中心に隣接して位置した前記第3タブの幅は、前記ゼリーロールの外周に隣接して位置した前記第4タブの幅よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 電極組立体、前記電極組立体を内蔵するケース、および前記ケースと結合して前記電極組立体に電気的に連結されたキャップ組立体を含み、
前記電極組立体は、第1電極、第2電極、および前記第1電極と前記第2電極の間に配置されたセパレータを含み、前記第1電極、前記第2電極、および前記セパレータを巻き取って形成された円筒形のゼリーロールであり、
前記第1電極は互いに離隔して形成された少なくとも2つの第1無地部、および前記それぞれの第1無地部上に形成されて前記ゼリーロールの一側に突出した第1タブおよび第2タブを含み、
前記ゼリーロールの巻き取り中心に隣接して位置した前記第1タブの幅は、前記ゼリーロールの外周に隣接して位置した前記第2タブの幅よりも小さく、
前記第1電極は帯形状であり、前記2つの第1無地部は前記第1電極の両端辺部に位置し、
前記第1タブの幅(w1)は、下記の式5を満たし、
前記第2タブの幅(w2)は、下記の式6を満たすことを特徴とする二次電池。
- 前記第1タブの幅は、2.8mm〜7mmであり、
前記第2タブの幅は、5.1mm〜11mmである請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1タブの厚さは、前記第2タブの厚さよりも薄い、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2電極は、互いに離隔して形成された少なくとも2つの第2無地部、および前記それぞれの第2無地部上に形成されて前記第1タブおよび前記第2タブが突出した一側の反対側に突出した第3タブおよび第4タブを含み、
前記ゼリーロールの巻き取り中心に隣接して位置した前記第3タブの幅は、前記ゼリーロールの外周に隣接して位置した前記第4タブの幅よりも小さい、請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第3タブの厚さは、前記第4タブの厚さよりも薄い、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
