Claims (16)
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と前記負極との間に介されるセパレータを含んで巻取られた電極群、
前記電極群が内蔵される空間を有するケースを含み、
前記電極群は巻取られた状態で最外側に配置された外面と最内側に配置された内面を有して、前記電極群の外面には屈曲した凹部が形成され、
前記凹部には前記電極群の一側端部が挿入されることを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記凹部を形成する外面と反対方向に向かう外面には、突出した凸部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群は屈曲されて前記ケースに挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記正極及び前記負極は活物質が塗布されない無地部を含み、
前記無地部は一方向につながって形成され、
前記無地部は屈曲されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極群は外面が互いに対向する対向部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記凹部と接するように設けられた支持棒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースは円筒形で構成され、前記内面は折り畳まれたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群の外面は互いに当接する接面部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群はC字状に屈曲されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記外面は螺旋形に巻取られたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群の外面の間には第1緩衝空間が形成され、前記電極群の内面の間には第2緩衝空間が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群の外面周りの長さは前記ケース周りの長さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群の外面は折畳まれて互いに当接することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースは角型であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極群の内面には引張力が適用されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と前記負極の間に介されるセパレータを含んで巻取られた電極群、
前記電極群が内蔵される空間を有するケースを含み、
前記電極群は最外側に配置された外面と最内側に配置された内面を含み、
前記電極群の外面の間には緩衝空間が形成され、
前記緩衝空間には前記電極群の一側端部が挿入されたことを特徴とする2次電池。
