Abstract
【解決手段】正極と、負極と、これらの間に挟まれたセパレータとを絶縁性芯材11に捲回して形成した電極捲回群を容器に収容した扁平捲回式蓄電素子であって、該芯材に薄肉部、切り欠き部又は切り抜き部203等を設けて、電極の膨張を吸収する機能を持たせる。

Description
本実施形態は、基本的に次のように構成する。
扁平捲回式二次電池の組立てについて図1及び3を用いて説明する。
以下、本実施形態の扁平捲回式二次電池の作用等について説明する。
比較例1は、切り抜き等の加工を行っていない平板状の芯材を使用したものである。芯材以外の部分については実施例と同様とした。
実施例及び比較例の扁平捲回式二次電池について寿命特性を評価した。
Claims (4)
- 正極と、負極と、これらの間に挟まれたセパレータとを芯材に捲回して形成した電極捲回群を収容した扁平捲回式二次電池であって、前記芯材は、薄肉部、切り欠き部又は切り抜き部を有することを特徴とする扁平捲回式二次電池。
- 前記芯材が樹脂で形成され、絶縁性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の扁平捲回式二次電池。
- 前記薄肉部、前記切り欠き部又は前記切り抜き部を前記芯材の幅広部の中心部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の扁平捲回式二次電池。
- 前記芯材の捲回軸方向の端部領域における厚さを前記芯材の厚さのうち最も厚くしてあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の扁平捲回式二次電池。
