金属条を連続して繰返し圧延する方法であって、
圧延ロールと金属条との間の圧延条件が上下ロール間で非対称となるせん断変形圧延を1回行った後に続いて、上下ロール間で対称となる圧延条件によって板厚減少率3%以上10%以下の範囲のスキンパス圧延を1回行うものである。
Claims (4)
- 金属条を連続して繰返し圧延する方法であって、
圧延ロールと金属条との間の圧延条件が上下ロール間で非対称となるせん断変形圧延を1回行った後に続いて、上下ロール間で対称となる圧延条件によって板厚減少率3%以上10%以下の範囲のスキンパス圧延を1回行う方法であり、
前記上下ロール間で対称となる圧延条件は、圧延中のロールと金属条との間の摩擦係数μ(μ=G/RPで求まる無次元数,μ:圧延ロールと金属条との摩擦係数,G(Nm):圧延ロールに掛かる駆動トルク,R(m):ロール半径,P(N):圧延荷重)が0.05以上0.12以下となることである、
金属条の連続繰り返し圧延方法。 - 前記非対称圧延と前記スキンパス圧延を交互に繰り返す、
請求項1に記載の圧延方法。 - 前記非対称圧延と前記スキンパス圧延を前後縦列的に並べた一貫圧延を行い、これを複数回繰り返す、
請求項1に記載の圧延方法。 - 上下ロール間で非対称となるせん断変形圧延を行い、得られた金属条を一旦トラバース巻きしたあと、上下ロール間で対称となる圧延条件によってスキンパスを行う、
