- 前記膨張させる工程は流体で前記軟鋳型に圧力をかけることにより行なわれる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記流体は、空気、油、揮発性有機溶剤、水、あるいは前述の流体の少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張させる工程は磁気粘性流体または電気粘性流体を使用して行なわれる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記軟鋳型内で前記磁気粘性流体または電気粘性流体を凝固する工程を更に含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張させる工程は熱硬化性ポリマーの前駆体を使用して行なわれる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加熱または照射することにより前記熱硬化性ポリマーを凝固する工程を更に含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記軟鋳型と前記曲面との間に熱硬化性ポリマーを配置する工程を更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記軟鋳型と前記曲面との間に配置された前記熱硬化性ポリマーを硬化させる工程を更に含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項7乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の方法により作製される物品。
- 前記物品はその内面上に模様を有する管である、請求項16に記載の物品。
- 前記模様を構成する溝の距離は約1ナノメートル〜約1,000マイクロメートルの寸法を有する特徴を有する、請求項17に記載の物品。
