Description
実施形態1は、本発明の観察窓付き構造物の一例である。実施形態1の観察窓付き構造物としては、液晶表示ディスプレイ、有機エレクトロルミネッセンスディスプレイ、プラズマディスプレイ、ブラウン管ディスプレイ等の表示媒体、ショーウインドー等の広告媒体、水槽等の鑑賞媒体、ショウケース等、外部から内部が視認できる構造物であれば、特に限定されない。
以下に、実施形態1の具体例として実施例1の観察窓付き構造体を、また、その比較例として、比較例1及び比較例2の観察窓付き構造体を作製し、これらの反射率の測定を行った結果を示す。

Claims (5)
- 基材と、該基材の外界側の面上に配置された第一反射防止膜と、該基材の背面側の面上に配置された第二反射防止膜とを有する観察窓、及び、該観察窓の背面側に位置し、第三反射防止膜を有する内部構造物を備える観察窓付き構造物であって、
該第一反射防止膜は、ARフィルムであり、
該第二反射防止膜及び該第三反射防止膜は、隣り合う凸部の頂点間の幅が可視光波長以下である複数の凸部で構成された表面を有し、
該第二反射防止膜が有する凸部のアスペクト比は、0.8以下であり、
該第三反射防止膜が有する凸部のアスペクト比は、0.8以下であり、
該第一反射防止膜の表面で反射した光と、該第二反射防止膜の表面で反射した光と、該第三反射防止膜の表面で反射した光とを足し合わせた光は、可視光領域内で平坦な波長分散を有することを特徴とする観察窓付き構造物。 - 前記観察窓と前記内部構造物との間には、空気層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の観察窓付き構造物。
- 前記第三反射防止膜は、前記内部構造物の前記観察窓側の最表面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の観察窓付き構造物。
- 前記内部構造物は、更に、n−3個の第n反射防止膜を有し(nは4以上の整数を表す。)、
該n−3個の第n反射防止膜はいずれも、隣り合う凸部の頂点間の幅が可視光波長以下である複数の凸部で構成された表面を有し、
前記第一反射防止膜の表面で反射した光と、前記第二反射防止膜の表面で反射した光と、前記第三反射防止膜の表面で反射した光と、該n−3個の第n反射防止膜のそれぞれの表面で反射した光とを足し合わせた光は、可視光領域内で平坦な波長分散を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の観察窓付き構造物。 - 前記第n反射防止膜が有する凸部のアスペクト比は、0.8以下であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の観察窓付き構造物。
