Description
分析に供する液体移動相が収容された容器から上記液体移動相を送出するための送出手段と、上記カラムに試料を導入可能であり、かつ、上記カラムに上記液体移動相を導入可能なインジェクションバルブと、上記容器と上記インジェクションバルブの間に設けられ、上記容器から送出された上記液体移動相を一旦貯留する貯留チャンバと、上記貯留チャンバ内の上記液体移動相の液面を検知する液面検知手段と、を備え、上記送出手段は、上記貯留チャンバの上部に連通されており、上記貯留チャンバ内の気体を外部に排出して当該貯留チャンバ内を減圧することにより、上記容器内の上記液体移動相を上記貯留チャンバ内へ導入するための送気ポンプと、上記貯留チャンバと上記インジェクションバルブとの間に設けられ、上記容器内の上記液体移動相を、上記貯留チャンバを経由して上記インジェクションバルブへ送出するための送液ポンプと、を備えるとともに、上記容器内の上記液体移動相を、上記インジェクションバルブを介して上記カラムに送り出すように構成されることを特徴としている。
Claims (4)
- 充填剤を保持するカラムと、
分析に供する液体移動相が収容された容器から上記液体移動相を送出するための送出手段と、
上記カラムに試料を導入可能であり、かつ、上記カラムに上記液体移動相を導入可能なインジェクションバルブと、
上記容器と上記インジェクションバルブの間に設けられ、上記容器から送出された上記液体移動相を一旦貯留する貯留チャンバと、
上記貯留チャンバ内の上記液体移動相の液面を検知する液面検知手段と、を備え、
上記送出手段は、
上記貯留チャンバの上部に連通されており、上記貯留チャンバ内の気体を外部に排出して当該貯留チャンバ内を減圧することにより、上記容器内の上記液体移動相を上記貯留チャンバ内へ導入するための送気ポンプと、
上記貯留チャンバと上記インジェクションバルブとの間に設けられ、上記容器内の上記液体移動相を、上記貯留チャンバを経由して上記インジェクションバルブへ送出するための送液ポンプと、
を備えるとともに、上記容器内の上記液体移動相を、上記インジェクションバルブを介して上記カラムに送り出すように構成される、液体クロマトグラフィ装置。 - 上記液面検知手段によって検知した液面位置が所定の高さを下回るときには、上記送気ポンプを稼動させる一方、上記液面位置が上記所定の高さを上回るときには、上記送気ポンプの稼動を停止するように制御を行う制御手段を備える、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィ装置。
- 上記容器ないし上記貯留チャンバには、上記貯留チャンバ内が所定の負圧に達したときに外気を導入可能なチェック弁が設けられている、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィ装置。
- 上記貯留チャンバには、当該貯留チャンバ内において端部が側方に向かって開放しており、かつ上記貯留チャンバ内の上記液体移動相を上記インジェクションバルブに向けて導出するための導出管が設けられている、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィ装置。
