Abstract

Claims (7)
- 配量室(D)と、媒体容量の排出処理のために前記配量室の少なくとも1つの境界面を振動させることができる、電気的または電子的に能動化可能な振動ユニットと、少なくとも1つの流れ通路を用いて前記配量室と接続される、特に圧力密の媒体貯蔵器とを有する、液状媒体のための微量配量装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの流れ通路(5、6、7;5a、6a)に、前記配量室(D)内へ媒体を供給するため、および/または前記配量室から前記媒体貯蔵器(2、2a)内へ媒体を戻すために、手動で操作可能な送給装置(3、3a)が対応づけられることを特徴とする、
液状媒体のための微量配量装置。 - センサ装置(4、4a)が設けられ、前記センサ装置が前記送給装置(3、3a)による充填処理を検出して、それに応じた信号を制御ユニット(S)へ伝え、前記制御ユニットが前記センサ装置の該当する信号に従って前記振動ユニットをオンにし、あるいはオフにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液状媒体のための微量配量装置。
- 前記送給装置は、機械的なピストンポンプを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液状媒体のための微量配量装置。
- 前記配量室(D)と前記媒体貯蔵器(2、2a)との間および/または前記配量室(D)と前記送給装置(3、3a)との間および/または前記送給装置と前記媒体貯蔵器(2a)との間の前記少なくとも1つの流れ通路(5、6、7;5a、6a)に、それぞれ弁装置(8、10、11;10a)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液状媒体のための微量配量装置。
- 前記弁装置(8、10、11;10a)は、圧力に従って開放または閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液状媒体のための微量配量装置。
- 前記弁装置は、機械的な逆止め弁として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の液状媒体のための微量配量装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流れ通路(6、5a)に、フィルタ装置(12、12a)、特に微生物学的なフィルタ装置、が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の液状媒体のための微量配量装置。
