Description
本発明では、透明ポリプロピレンを主体とする樹脂層5中のプロピレン・エチレン共重合エラストマーまたはプロピレン・αオレフィン共重合エラストマーのJIS K 7113−2にて規定される引張弾性率が50MPa以上500MPa以下とすることで、ポリプロピレンに十分な柔軟性を付与することができて、化粧シートを更に鋼板基材などに貼り合せて折り曲げ加工を行った際にも、折り曲げ加工部が白化などを起こしにくくなる。500MPaより大きいと改質効果が十分には得られず、また50MPaより小さいと柔軟過ぎるために耐傷付き性能が低下してしまう。
樹脂Aとして、表2に示す材料を用いる他は、実施例と同様に比較例1〜4の化粧シートを得た。
上記で得られた実施例1〜4および比較例1〜4のそれぞれの化粧シートについて、次の5項目の評価を行った。

Claims (4)
- 基材シート上に、少なくとも、接着層と、1層または2層以上の透明ポリプロピレンを主体とする樹脂層とが積層されている化粧シートであって、該透明ポリプロピレンを主体とする樹脂層のうちの少なくとも1層が、ペンタッド分率95%以上99.9%以下のホモポリプロピレン50〜90重量部と、JIS K 7113−2にて規定される引張弾性率が50MPa以上500MPa以下であるプロピレン・エチレンランダム共重合エラストマーまたはプロピレン・αオレフィンランダム共重合エラストマーのみからなるエラストマー成分10〜50重量部との混合物からなり、かつ、少なくともヒドロキシフェニルトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤が0.1〜1.5重量部含まれていることを特徴とする化粧シート。
- 前記ヒドロキシフェニルトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤を0.1〜1.4重量部含み、かつ、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤を0.1〜1.4重量部含み、ヒドロキシフェニルトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤とベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤との配合量の総和が0.2〜1.5重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記プロピレン・エチレンランダム共重合エラストマーまたはプロピレン・αオレフィンランダム共重合エラストマーの結晶融解温度が100℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記プロピレン・エチレンランダム共重合エラストマーまたはプロピレン・αオレフィンランダム共重合エラストマーが、メタロセン触媒を用いて重合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
