Description
上記チューブは,長手方向に沿って螺旋状に圧入されて陥没形成される螺旋溝を有し,
上記ベース部は上記の螺旋溝に嵌着され,
上記チューブがベンドされるチューブベンド部に位置する上記の延長部の少なくとも一部は,上記フィンの長手方向に沿って切欠が形成された状態で設置されるターンフィンチューブを提供する。
上記ストリップを,上記チューブの外側面に螺旋状に巻かれるようにし,上記チューブと接触する面に備えられるベース部と,上記ベース部から上記チューブの外側方向に一定角度を有して延長形成される延長部を有するフィンに成形するフィン成形ユニット,及び,上記チューブがベンドされるチューブベンド部に位置する上記の延長部の少なくとも一部を,上記フィンの長手方向に沿って切り出すためのカッティングユニットを含むターンフィンチューブの製造装置によって製造することができる。

Claims (3)
- 内側に流体が流れるチューブと上記チューブの外側面に螺旋状に巻かれるフィンを含み,
上記フィンは上記チューブと接触する外側面に巻かれるベース部と,上記ベース部から上記チューブの外側方向に一定角度を有して延長形成される延長部を有し,
上記チューブは,長手方向に沿って螺旋状に圧入されて陥没形成される螺旋溝を有し,
上記ベース部は上記の螺旋溝に嵌着され,
上記チューブがベンドされるチューブベンド部に位置する上記の延長部の少なくとも一部は,上記フィンの長手方向に沿って切欠が形成された状態で設置されるターンフィンチューブ。 - 上記の延長部は,上記チューブベンド部では,上記チューブの外側方向に延長される第1の延長部と,上記第1の延長部から上記チューブの長手方向に沿ってベンドされる第2の延長部を有する請求項1記載のターンフィンチューブ。
- 請求項1又は2記載のターンフィンチューブ;及び,上記ターンフィンチューブを支持するブラケットを含むターンフィン型の熱交換器。
