Description
Claims (10)
- 일측에 냉매가 유입되는 유입부(111) 및 배출되는 배출부(112)가 형성되며, 내부가 중공되어 냉매가 유동되는 관형태의 튜브(110);상기 튜브(110)의 외주를 감싸도록 형성되는 접촉부(121)와, 상기 접촉부(121)에 대략 직각 형상으로 절곡되어 전열면적으로 작용하는 방열부(122)를 포함하는 핀(120); 및상기 유입부(111) 및 배출부(112)를 제외한 상기 튜브 및 핀 조립체(100)를 내부에 포함하며 공기가 유동되도록 일정영역이 중공되며, 내측면에 상기 튜브 및 핀 조립체(100)의 위치가 이동되지 않도록 상기 핀(120)과 핀(120) 사이에 위치되는 위치고정부(220)를 포함하는 고정수단(200);을 포함하여 형성되되,상기 튜브(110) 및 핀(120) 조립체(100)가 벤딩(Bending)함으로써 하나의 튜브(110)를 이용하여 냉매가 유동되는 연속적인 유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기(1000).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기(1000)는 상기 유입부(111) 및 배출부(112)가 상기 고정수단(200)의 일측면 상측 및 하측에 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 튜브 및 핀 조립체(100)는 하측 방향으로 일정 각도 기울어진 나선 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 튜브 및 핀 조립체(100)는 높이방향으로 상기 핀(120)이 서로 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 위치고정부(220)는 높이방향으로 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
