Description
i)空気フィルタ自体に可動部分は必要とされず、保守の必要性を低減させる。
ii)空気フィルタは自浄式に配置構成されることが可能であり、交換フィルタの必要性の欠如によって保守の必要性をさらに低減させる。
iii)空気フィルタは、所定の気流のための機器室内及び機器室外の間のより小さな温度差、又は、同一の温度差のための低減された気流のどちらかを可能にして、換気及び冷却のためのかなり縮小された電力要求を可能にする。
iv)空気フィルタは、(所定の他の調節がなされれば)既存の空気調節ユニットを効果的に交換することによって、既存の機器室に組み込まれることが可能である。
Claims (14)
- ダクトを備える空気フィルタであって、前記ダクトは、当該空気フィルタの吸気口と排気口との間で延びる通路を形成しており、前記ダクトは、当該ダクトを通り抜ける空気から、空気と一緒に運ばれる粒子を除去するように当該ダクトの壁から延びて前記通路の少なくとも一部を横切る剛毛を備え、
前記ダクトは、排気通路に直列の吸気通路を備えており、前記吸気通路には、少なくとも当該吸気通路の全長の少なくとも一部にわたって当該吸気通路を横切って延びる前記剛毛が並べられ、
前記排気通路は前記吸気通路よりも小さい孔を有する空気フィルタ。 - 前記吸気通路は前記排気通路を囲む請求項1に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記ダクトの断面積は、最大の当該空気フィルタの前記吸気口から最小の当該空気フィルタの前記排気口に向かって減少する請求項2に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記吸気通路は、前記吸気通路の少なくとも一部にわたって前記ダクトの壁から外側に放射状に延びる前記剛毛を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記吸気通路は、前記吸気通路の少なくとも一部にわたって前記ダクトの壁から内側に放射状に延びる前記剛毛を備える請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記剛毛は、人工的な芝生によって提供される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記吸気通路は、前記排気通路の最小気流面積の少なくとも2倍よりも大きな気流面積を有する請求項1に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記剛毛は前記通路を横切って横方向に延びる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記剛毛は前記通路を横断する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記剛毛は、前記通路を通る気流の方向に実質的に直交する方向に延びる請求項8に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記剛毛は、前記ダクト内に配置される1以上のプレートから延びる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 前記1以上のプレートは、前記ダクトを通る気流の方向に整列される請求項11に記載の空気フィルタ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の空気フィルタを備える機器室であって、前記吸気通路は、空気が外部環境から当該機器室内に向かって当該吸気通路を通って垂直上向きに当該機器室内に吸い込まれることを可能にするように配置される機器室。
- 前記空気フィルタの前記排気口に一列に並んで接続されて、前記空気フィルタから当該機器室の内部ボリューム内に流入する空気を冷却するように構成される蒸発器ユニットを備える請求項13に記載の機器室。
