Claims (1)
- 回転塗布部材を備え、コーティング剤が前記回転塗布部材のオーバーフロー面上を流れるとともに所定の膜厚で前記オーバーフロー面上にコーティング剤膜を形成し、前記コーティング剤膜と前記オーバーフロー面との間の境界表面摩擦が前記オーバーフロー面上の摩擦低減表面層により低減され、前記摩擦低減表面層は、摩擦低減生地を有するまたは前記膜厚より小さい表面粗さを有しており、前記コーティング剤が所定の粒子長を有する固体で平坦な塗料粒子を含む塗料であるとともに前記オーバーフロー面の表面層上に所定の膜厚を有する前記コーティング剤膜を形成する、回転霧化器の動作方法において、
前記表面層上の前記コーティング剤膜の前記膜厚が前記塗料粒子の前記粒子長より小さくなるように回転霧化器を動作させることを特徴とする回転霧化器の動作方法。
