Description
Claims (9)
- シール収容構造を含む第1の機械部品(1)と、シール面(2)を含むと共に前記第1の機械部品(1)に対して移動できる第2の機械部品(3)とを備え、前記第1の機械部品(1)と前記第2の機械部品(3)との間の前記シール面(2)を封止するためのシールを備えるシール構造体であって、前記シールは、ラジアルシャフトシールとして環状に設計され、前記シールは、前記シールが所定の位置に固定されるように、前記シール収容構造内に前記シールを配置する保持要素(5)を備え、前記シールは、前記保持要素(5)に接して形成されると共にエラストマー材料から作製されるシールリップ(6)であって、シールリップ(6)の自由端に形成されたシール縁部(7)を有するシールリップ(6)を有し、前記シールは、前記機械部品(1、3)間の高圧エリアを低圧エリアから封止するように、前記シール縁部(7)が、前記シールの前記シールリップ(6)の前記エラストマー材料の弾性によりプレテンション状態で前記シール面(2)に当接し、前記シールリップ(6)は、前記高圧エリアに隣接する高圧表面エリア(10)と、前記低圧エリアに隣接する低圧表面エリア(11)とを有し、前記シールは、前記シールのシールリップのエリア内に単一の硬質の支持要素(15)を有し、前記支持要素は、低圧表面側に前記シールリップ(6)の支持部を形成し、前記支持部は、前記シール縁部(7)と平行に延び、前記支持部は、前記シール縁部(7)と前記保持要素(5)との間に配置され、前記シールリップ(6)の前記高圧表面エリア(10)を保持要素側の部分表面及びシール縁部側の部分表面に分割し、前記シールリップ(6)の前記低圧表面エリア(11)は、前記支持部と前記保持要素(5)との間の自由空間に隣接し、前記シールリップ(6)は、前記シールリップ(6)の変形により前記自由空間の中に押されることが可能であり、前記自由空間は、前記シールリップ(6)の前記低圧表面エリア(11)及び前記第2の機械部品によって画定され、前記保持要素側の前記高圧表面エリア(10)の前記部分表面は、前記高圧表面エリア(10)の加圧時に前記支持部を中心に作用すると共に前記シール縁部(7)の負荷を緩和する傾斜モーメントが前記シールリップ(6)に作用するように、前記シール縁部側の前記部分表面より大きいシール構造体。
- 前記支持要素(15)は、前記シールリップ(6)に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシール構造体。
- 前記シールリップ(6)は、前記支持部に隣接するエリア内の材料が補強されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシール構造体。
- 前記支持要素(15)は円形断面を有し、又は前記支持要素(15)はT形の断面を有しており、前記T形の断面を有する支持要素は、前記低圧表面エリア(11)を通り越して少なくとも部分的に突き出すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造体。
- 前記保持要素(5)が補強要素(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造体。
- 前記補強要素(8)は、L形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造体。
- 前記補強要素(8)は、前記シールリップ(6)の前記エラストマー材料によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載のシール構造体。
- 前記支持要素(15)及び/又は前記補強要素(8)は、金属又はプラスチック材料又はセラミック材料から作製されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造体。
- 前記シール収容構造は溝であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造体。
