Description
LiCF3CO2,LiAsF6,LiSbF6,LiAlCl4,
CH3SO3Li,CF3SO3Li,(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、低級脂肪族カルボン酸リチウム、四フェニルホウ酸リチウム、イミドなどが例示される。これらの中で、LiClO4,LiCF3SO3,LiC4F9SO3,LiBF4,LiAsF6,LiN(C2F5SO2)2、及び、
LiN(CF3SO2)2が特に好ましい。
LiV3O8,LiFe3O4,V2O5,Cu2V2O7のような酸化バナジウム;LiNi1−xMxO2(式中Mは、Co,Mn,Al,Cu,Fe,Mg,B、又は、Ga、及び、xは0.01〜0.3の範囲である)で表されるNiサイト型ニッケル酸リチウム;LiMn2−xMxO2(式中Mは、Co,Ni,Fe,
Cr,Zn,又は、Taで、xは0.01〜0.1の範囲である)、又は、
Li2Mn3MO8(式中Mは、Fe,Co,Ni,Cu、又は、Znである)で表されるリチウムマンガン複合酸化物;アルカリ土類金属イオンによって部分的に置換されたLiを含むLiMn2O4;ジスルフィド化合物;
Fe2(MoO4)3などを含んでもよいが、これらに限定されるわけではない。
SnxMe1−xMe’yOz(式中、Me:Mn,Fe,Pb,Ge;及び、Me’:
Al,B,P,Si,グループ1,2、又は、3の要素;0<x<1;1<y<3;1<z<8)のような金属複合酸化物;リチウム金属;リチウム合金;シリコン合金;スズ合金;SnO,SnO2,PbO,PbO2,Pb2O3,Pb3O4,Sb2O3,Sb2O4,Sb2O5,GeO,GeO2,Bi2O3,Bi2O4,Bi2O5のような金属酸化物;ポリアセチレンのような導電性ポリマー;
Li−Co−Niベースの物質などが挙げられる。
EC,EMC、及びDECを4:1:5の重量による相対比率で一緒に混ぜ、非水電解質の溶媒を準備し、1MのLiPf6をその溶媒に添加した。次に、ビニレンカーボネート(VC)の1.5重量%、プロピレンスルホン(PS)の0.5重量%、及び式(I)によって表されるポリエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルの5重量%を上記の混合物に添加し、非水電解質を製造した。
LiCoO2をカソード活物質として使用した。18μmの粒径を有する
LiCoO2の95.4重量%、導電性材料としてSuper−Pの1.6重量%、バインダーとしてPVdFの3重量%を含むカソード混合物を、溶媒のN−メチルー2−ピロリドン(NMP)に添加し、カソードスラリーを準備した。そのカソードスラリーをアルミニウムコレクタに塗布し、カソードを製造した。
黒鉛をアノード活物質として使用した。黒鉛とPVdFの3.5重量%を
NMPに添加し、アノードスラリーを準備した。そのアノードスラリーを銅コレクタに塗布し、アノードを製造した。
多孔質のポリエチレン分離膜CelgardTMが、1.2で形成したカソードと1.3で形成したアノードとの間に介在させ、1.1で準備した電解質をそこに注ぐことによってリチウム二次電池を製造した。
Claims (6)
- 前記式中、nが1〜6の範囲である、請求項1に記載された二次電池。
- 前記非プロトン性有機溶媒が、少なくとも一つの直鎖状の炭酸塩化合物、及び、少なくとも一つの環状炭酸塩化合物の混合物である、請求項1に記載された二次電池。
- 前記イオン性塩がリチウム塩である、請求項1に記載された二次電池。
- 前記二次電池がリチウム二次電池である、請求項1に記載された二次電池。
- 炭酸塩をベースにした非プロトン性有機溶媒と、リチウム塩と、請求項1で定義された式(I)で表される物質とを含んでなる、リチウム二次電池用の液体電解質。
