Description
Claims (4)
- 軸方向端面に滑止め突起が形成された筒状金具の製造方法であって、
一体的なテーパ状外周面を成形面として備えており、該成形面の母線方向中間部分で周方向に連続して環状に延びる周方向成形溝が形成されていると共に、該周方向成形溝を挟んだ小径側と大径側の両方でそれぞれ該成形面のテーパ傾斜方向に延びる傾斜方向成形溝が周方向で複数形成されており、各該傾斜方向成形溝が該周方向成形溝との交差部分で連なった連続溝構造とされた転動成形型を用い、
該転動成形型の小径側を前記筒状金具の内周側に且つ大径側を該筒状金具の外周側に向けて該転動成形型の該成形面を該筒状金具の軸方向端面に押し付けつつ周方向に転動させることにより、該筒状金具の軸方向端面に対して該転動成形型による塑性加工を施して、
該筒状金具の軸方向端面において、その径方向中間部分で軸方向外方に突出して周方向に延びる環状止水突起と、該環状止水突起の内周側と外周側の両方でそれぞれ径方向に延びる突状形態とされて全体として放射状をなす周方向で複数の滑止め突起とを、互いに連なった連続突起構造をもって同時に形成する
ことを特徴とする筒状金具の製造方法。 - 前記転動成形型における前記周方向成形溝と前記傾斜方向成形溝の何れもが該転動成形型の外周面に向かって次第に溝幅寸法が大きくなる拡開断面形状とされている請求項1に記載の筒状金具の製造方法。
- 前記転動成形型における前記周方向成形溝と前記傾斜方向成形溝が互いに同じ深さ寸法とされている請求項1又は2に記載の筒状金具の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載された筒状金具の製造方法に従って、前記筒状金具の軸方向両側の端面にそれぞれ前記転動成形型による塑性加工を施した後、該筒状金具の外周面に本体ゴム弾性体を加硫接着することを特徴とする防振ゴムブッシュの製造方法。
