Description
前記したポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部と、高分子型帯電防止剤10〜40重量部からなる混合物に、周知の発泡剤、発泡助剤及び架橋剤を添加混練し、得られた発泡性架橋性組成物を、加圧して密閉系金型に充填し、加圧下に加熱温度110〜140℃、加熱時間30〜90分の条件で加熱成形する。これによって、発泡倍率1〜3倍の発泡性架橋組成物が得られる。
これを加熱したミキシングロール、加圧式ニーダー、押出機等によって練和する。次いで、得られた発泡性組成物をプレス中の金型に充填し、一定時間加圧下に140〜170℃で加熱し、発泡剤及び架橋剤を完全に分解させ、除圧して発泡体を得る。
また、1ヶ月放置後表面抵抗率を測定したところ、5×1011Ωであり、帯電防止性が維持できていた。

Claims (4)
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂とマスターバッチ中のポリオレフィン系樹脂、合計100重量部に非イオン系のポリエーテル系高分子型帯電防止剤10〜40重量部、発泡剤及び架橋剤を添加混練して得られた発泡性架橋性組成物を、密閉系金型内で加圧しながら110〜140℃で加熱して1〜3倍に発泡させ、さらに別の気密でない金型内で160〜190℃で加熱発泡させて独立気泡体を生成させ、次いで機械的変形を加えて気泡を連通化させることを特徴とする帯電防止性架橋ポリオレフィン系連続気泡体
- 非イオン系のポリエーテル系高分子型帯電防止剤のマスターバッチのポリオレフィン系樹脂と高分子型帯電防止剤との比率が、90:10〜30:70である請求項1記載の帯電防止性架橋ポリオレフィン系連続気泡体。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂とマスターバッチ中のポリオレフィン系樹脂、合計100重量部に非イオン系のポリエーテル系高分子型帯電防止剤10〜40重量部、発泡剤及び架橋剤を添加混練して得られた発泡性架橋性組成物を、密閉系金型内で加圧しながら110〜140℃で加熱して1〜3倍に発泡させ、さらに別の気密でない金型内で160〜190℃で加熱発泡させて独立気泡体を生成させ、次いで機械的変形を加えて気泡を連通化させることを特徴とする帯電防止性架橋ポリオレフィン系連続気泡体の製造方法。
