Claims (18)
- 貫通する開口部と、第1面から延長された少なくとも一つの第1突起と、を有するキャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレート内において前記開口部を通して延長された電極端子と、
前記電極端子から延長された集電体と、
前記電極端子と前記キャッププレートの第1面との間に形成されるガスケットと、
を含み、
前記第1突起は、前記ガスケットおよび集電体を貫通する
ことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記電極端子および前記集電体は、別体として構成されており、
前記電極端子と前記集電体とは、その界面において電気的に連結される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体は、貫通する開口部を含み、
前記ガスケットの集電体側面から延長された突起および第1突起は、それぞれ前記集電体内で前記開口部内に延長され、
前記第1突起の端部は、前記ガスケットの突起に対して延長され、
前記電極端子は、前記集電体および前記キャッププレートの間で固定される
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1突起は、前記集電体内における開口部を通して延長される
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記集電体と結合する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記集電体と溶接される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記キャッププレートと電気的に独立する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体は、スリットを含み、
前記ガスケットおよび第1突起は、前記スリット内にそれぞれ延長される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1突起の端部は、拡張されて前記集電体に対して前記スリット内に延長される前記ガスケットの領域を加圧する
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1突起は、前記スリットを通して延長される
ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリットは、弧形状を有し、
前記スリット内に延長された前記ガスケットの領域は、前記スリットを詰めるように前記弧形状に対応する形状を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、相対的に広い領域を有し、
前記相対的に広い領域は、前記電極端子が延長される方向に対して垂直に前記ガスケットの面に沿って延長され、
前記ガスケットは、前記電極端子の前記相対的に広い領域と前記キャッププレートの前記第1面との間に圧着される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートの前記第1面に対向する第2面に前記電極端子上にナットおよびワッシャーをさらに含み、
前記ナットは、前記電極端子上にねじ山締結され、
前記ガスケットは、前記電極端子の相対的に広い領域と前記ナットとの間に形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートの第1面に対向する第2面に前記電極端子上にナットおよびワッシャーをさらに含み、
前記ワッシャーは、前記キャッププレートの第2面に接触し、
前記ワッシャーは、電気的な絶縁体である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記キャッププレートと電気的に独立した
ことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ガスケットは、前記電極端子の一面および前記キャッププレートにおいて開口部の内側周辺の間に形成され、
前記キャッププレートの第1面と集電体との間に形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体は、スリットを含み、
前記ガスケットと前記集電体との間に形成された絶縁体をさらに含み、
前記絶縁体は、前記スリットを取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1突起は、前記集電体と直接的に接触しない
ことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
