Claims (10)
- 内部に収容空間を含むケースと、
前記ケースの収容空間内に挿入される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体に電気的に連結される集電板と、
前記ケースを密封し前記集電板の突出部によって貫通されるキャッププレートと、
前記集電板の前記突出部に結合する端子プレートと、
前記キャッププレート及び前記端子プレートの間に第1方向に挟まれて形成され、前記キャッププレートと接する面及び前記端子プレートと接する面のうち少なくとも一面にシーリング部材が形成された絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記絶縁部材の一部は、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に沿って前記シーリング部材及び前記集電板の前記突出部の間に形成され、
前記シーリング部材は、前記絶縁部材が前記キャッププレートに接触する面に形成され、前記絶縁部材は、前記面に通気溝をさらに含み、

- 前記シーリング部材は、発泡スポンジ、EPDM(ethylene propylene diene M−class)ゴム、アクリルゴム(acrylic rubber)、シリコンゴム(silicone rubber)、エラストマー(Elastomer)、サーモプラスチックエラストマー(thermoplastic elastomer、TC)、もしくはサーモプラスチックウレタン(thermoplastic urethane、TPU)のゴム材質または高分子プラスチックの中から選択されたいずれか一つから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記シーリング部材は、前記キャッププレートと前記端子プレートの結合により圧縮されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記通気溝の前記他端は、前記絶縁部材の外側縁まで伸びて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
