Claims (20)
- 無地部を有する電極組立体;
前記無地部に結合される集電体結合部を含む集電体;
前記電極組立体を収容するケース;および
前記集電体結合部に結合される弾性ダンピング部材を含むことを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、前記集電体結合部に対して弾性的に変形することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記無地部は、多数の無地部を含むように構成され、
前記多数の集電体結合部は、前記多数の無地部に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、一対の集電体結合部の間に配列されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体およびケースが結合した状態では、前記弾性ダンピング部材は、対の前記集電体結合部を加圧する加圧力が加わる加圧状態にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、少なくとも一つの前記無地部に結合する第1領域、対の前記集電体結合部を加圧する第2領域および前記ケースの内側に接する第3領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性ダンピング部材の第1領域は、凸の曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2領域は前記第1領域の幅より短い幅を有し、前記第2領域は前記集電体結合部のそれぞれ一つを収容する空間を定義することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性ダンピング部材の第3領域は、凸の曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第3領域は、前記第1領域と対称であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の2次電池。
- 前記無地部は、第1方向に互いに平行な一対の無地部を含み、
前記集電体結合部は、対の前記無地部領域の向き合う面に結合し、
前記弾性ダンピング部材は、前記集電体結合部間の空間に位置して、加圧力が前記集電体結合部を前記無地部に対して加圧することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の2次電池。 - 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、前記第1方向に前記弾性ダンピング部材を通して延長されたホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースは、前記ケースに結合されたキャッププレートをさらに含み、
前記集電体は、前記キャッププレートを通して延長される端子部をさらに含み、
前記集電体は、前記端子部に結合されたボディー部および第1方向に前記ボディー部から折り曲げられた折曲部をさらに含み、
前記集電体結合部は、前記第1方向に前記ボディー部から延長されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2次電池。 - 前記無地部は第1方向に互いに並んでおり、前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に配列され、
前記折曲部は、前記第2方向に前記無地部を十分にカバーできる幅を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の2次電池。 - 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、電気的絶縁材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、プラスチック材質からなることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、電気的導電性材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性ダンピング部材は、前記集電体結合部と同じ材質からなることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の2次電池。
- 前記無地部は、前記電極組立体の反対側面に第1および第2無地部を含み、
前記集電体は、前記第1無地部に結合される第1結合部を含む第1集電体と、前記第2無地部に結合される第2結合部と、を含む第2集電体を含み、
前記弾性ダンピング部材は、前記第1集電体の結合部を結合する第1弾性ダンピング部材と、前記第2集電体の結合部を結合する第2弾性ダンピング部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は前記ケースの内部に多数の電極組立体を含み、各電極組立体はそれぞれ無地部を備え、
前記集電体は多数の集電体結合部を含み、各集電体結合部は一つの電極組立体の無地部それぞれに結合され、
前記弾性ダンピング部材は、それぞれ前記集電体結合部の特定の一つに形成される多数の弾性ダンピング部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
