Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態は、電極組立体と、前記電極組立体に電気的に接続される第1端子と、前記電極組立体を受容する筐体と、前記筐体を密封する蓋組立体を含めて、前記第1端子は前記電極組立体と接触されて、少なくとも一つの突起孔を有する第1集電板と、前記突起孔で拡張される少なくとも一つの突起を含む第1端子板と、前記第1端子板を貫通して拡張され、前記第1集電板と電気的に接続される第1締結端子と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池である。

Claims (20)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体に電機的に接続される第1端子と、
前記電極組立体を受容する筐体と、
前記筐体を密封する蓋組立体を、を含み、
前記第1端子は、
前記電極組立体と接触されて、少なくとも一つの突起孔を有する第1集電板と、
前記突起孔で拡張される少なくとも一つの突起を含む第1端子板と、
前記第1端子板を貫通して拡張され、前記第1集電板と電気的に接続される第1締結端子と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1端子板は、複数の突起を含めて、前記第1集電板は、複数の突起孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電板には、前記第1締結端子が結合される端子孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1締結端子は、頭部と前記頭部から延長される本体部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記頭部は、少なくとも一つの前記突起と接触することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電板と前記第1締結端子との間に位置する第1締結リングをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1締結リングは、ゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1端子板は、前記第1締結端子を受容する締結孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記締結孔には、ネジ山が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1締結端子には、ネジ山が形成されて、前記第1締結端子は、前記第1端子板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋組立体は、蓋板を含み、
前記蓋板と前記第1集電板との間には、絶縁部材が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記蓋組立体は、蓋板を含み、
前記蓋板と前記第1端子板との間には、少なくとも一つのシールガスケットが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1端子板には、前記第1締結端子を圧着させる圧着領域が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体に電気的に接続される第2端子をさらに含み、
前記第2端子は、
前記電極組立体と接触されて、少なくとも一つの突起孔を有する第2集電板と、
前記突起孔で拡張される少なくとも一つの突起を含む第2端子板と、
前記第2端子板を貫通して拡張され、前記第2集電板と電機的に接続される第2締結端子と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2端子板は、複数の突起を含めて、前記第2集電板は、複数の突起孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2集電板と前記第2締結端子との間に位置する第2締結リングをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1締結端子と前記第1端子板は、互いに異なる物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1締結端子は、ステンレススチールからなり、前記第1端子板は、銅またはアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1締結端子は、前記第1端子板より強度がより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体に電気的に接続される第1端子と、
前記電極組立体を受容する筐体と、
前記筐体を密封し蓋板を有する蓋組立体を含み、
前記第1端子は、
前記電極組立体と接触されて、少なくとも一つの突起孔を有する第1集電板と、
前記突起孔で拡張される少なくとも一つの突起を含む第1端子板と、
前記第1端子板を貫通して拡張され、前記第1集電板と電気的に接続される第1締結端子と、を含み、
前記第1端子板は、前記蓋板を貫通することを特徴とする二次電池。
