Claims (10)
- 排気ガス処理装置であって、
少なくとも一つの吸気口(4)と少なくとも一つの排気口(5)とを有するハウジング(2)と、
互いに連通する少なくとも二つのパイプ(10、11)を有するパイプ配置(3)と、を有し、
第1のパイプ(10)が吸気口部(13)で前記ハウジング(2)に取り付けられ、
前記第1のパイプ(10)が排気口部(14)で滑りばめ(15)により前記ハウジング(2)に固定され、
前記第1のパイプ(10)の排気口(18)に、その吸気口(17)が接続された第2のパイプ(11)が、吸気口部(19)で前記ハウジング(2)に滑りばめ(20)により固定され、
前記第2のパイプ(11)が排気口部(21)で前記ハウジング(2)に固定され、
前記滑りばめの構成(15、20)の少なくとも一つが、熱的な負荷を受ける前記パイプ(10、11)の、軸方向に移動可能な軸受部用の滑りばめであって、前記それぞれのパイプ(10、11)の外側で半径方向に支持され、直接または間接に前記ハウジング(2)に固定されたワイヤメッシュ(42)を有し、
前記ワイヤメッシュ(42)が、前記ハウジング(2)に取り付けられた締具(43)内に固定され、
前記ワイヤメッシュ(42)が、円周方向に互いに隔てられ分離された、複数のワイヤメッシュピローから構成され、または、前記ワイヤメッシュ(42)が、円周方向に環状に前記パイプ(10、11)を取り囲む、少なくとも一つのメッシュリングから構成され、
前記第1のパイプ(10)が、少なくとも一つの粒子フィルタエレメント(26)を含み、
前記第1のパイプ(10)が、少なくとも一つの酸化触媒コンバータエレメント(27)を含み、
前記第1のパイプ(10)が、半径方向に取り外し可能な軸部(28)を有し、
前記半径方向に取り外し可能な軸部(28)が、少なくとも一つの前記粒子フィルタエレメント(26)を含む、
排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記第2のパイプ(11)の排気口(32)にその吸気口(31)が連通して接続された、第3のパイプ(29)が備えられる、
請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記第3のパイプ(29)が、少なくとも一つのSCR触媒コンバータ(33)を含む、
請求項2に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 流体抽出物を供給する、計量装置(34)が備えられる、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記第2のパイプ(11)が、前記排気ガスと前記液体抽出物との混合部として機能する、
請求項4に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記計量装置(34)が、前記液体抽出物を前記第2のパイプ(11)の吸気口部(19)で供給する、
請求項4または請求項5に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記第3のパイプ(29)の排気口(37)に、その吸気口(36)が連通して接続された第4のパイプ(35)が備えられる、
請求項2に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記第4のパイプ(35)が、前記排気口(5)を通る、
請求項7に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記第1のパイプ(10)と前記第2のパイプ(11)の長手方向中心軸(23、24)が、互いに平行に延伸する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記第1のパイプ(10)の排気口(18)を前記第2のパイプ(11)の吸気口(17)に接続する、曲げた接続パイプが備えられ、または、
前記第1のパイプ(10)の排気口(18)と前記第2のパイプ(11)の吸気口(17)が開放されて入る、接続チェンバ(12)が備えられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
