Claims (15)
- 誘導コイルを有している誘導レンジと共に使用するための調理用具であって、
前記誘導コイルによってその内部が発熱すると共に導電性を有している、ターゲット層を備えている内壁と、
前記内壁を収容している外壁であって、前記内壁と前記外壁の間に封止間隙を形成するように前記内壁と協働している、非導電性層を備えている前記外壁であって、前記調理用具が底面部と側壁部とを有している平鍋状の形状とされるように前記内壁と協働している前記外壁と、
前記封止間隙内且つ少なくとも前記底面部内に配置されていると共に、前記封止間隙の一部分によって前記内壁と接触していない状態で離隔されている、真空封止断熱材であって、耐熱性材料と、前記耐熱性材料を真空状態で封入している一対のシートとから構成されている前記真空封止断熱材と、を備えており、
前記ターゲット層は前記内壁の底面部に配置されており、且つ前記ターゲット層と前記真空封止断熱材とは互いに対向するように配置されていることを特徴とする調理用具。 - 前記外壁が、前記外壁の一の表面に配置されている反射層をさらに備え、
前記一の表面が、前記封止間隙の一部分を画定し、前記内壁に面していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。 - 前記反射層が、前記誘導コイルによって前記反射層内で誘導された電流の流れを遮断するように不連続になっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調理用具。
- 前記外壁が、前記外壁を通じて前記封止間隙内部に透過する大気気体を低減させることを補助するように、不透過性材料を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記外壁が、前記封止間隙がアルゴンガスで充填されるように、前記封止間隙内部に連通している封止可能な通路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記内壁が、熱拡散層と調理層とを備えており、前記熱拡散層は前記ターゲット層と調理層との間に介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記内壁が、平鍋状の形状を有しており、
前記平鍋状の形状が、略平坦な底面部と、調理チャンバを画定している内面と、前記封止間隙の一部分を画定し且つ前記外壁に面している外面と、を有しており、
前記調理層が、前記内面の略全体を備え、
前記ターゲット層が、前記底面部内に前記外面を備え、
前記熱拡散層が、前記ターゲット層内で発生した熱を前記底面部内の少なくとも前記調理層に伝導することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の調理用具。 - アルゴンガスの圧力が、前記封止間隙内において海面気圧より小さな圧力に維持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の調理用具。
- 前記真空封止断熱材の前記耐熱性材料が、エーロゲルを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記真空封止断熱材の前記一対のシートのうち少なくとも1つのシートが、二酸化ケイ素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記真空封止断熱材の前記一対のシートのうち少なくとも1つのシートが、金属化ポリマーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記真空封止断熱材が、前記封止間隙の一部分を画定している前記外壁の内面に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。
- 前記側壁部内の前記封止間隙の一部分の内部に配置されている保温マットを備え、
前記保温マットが、繊維状材料およびエーロゲルを備え、
前記保温マットが、前記封止間隙の一部分を画定している前記外壁の一の表面に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。 - 前記ターゲット層が、前記底面部内の前記封止間隙の一部分の内部に配置され、
前記真空封止断熱材が、前記ターゲット層と比較して、前記底部の広範囲に亘って延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理用具。 - アルゴンガス以外の気体を取り除くために、前記封止間隙内に配置されている一片のゲッタ材料を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の調理用具。
